The rain didn't cause him to rush, and even though he got soaking wet, he patiently took time to locate two sprinkler heads that didn't pop up because they were overgrown by the grass. He even engaged in pleasant conversation throughout his entire visit. When the system is shut down in the fall, hopefully, Mike will be the person that Paramount assigns to do the job.

I've offered to pay for Teflon coated wires, conduit installation, and golf course wire. I've left numerous messages after I made this offer but it's been crickets. They took time to calibrate each sprinkler head, fixed probably 10 of em that were incorrectly installed or broken, re-routed a couple of lines to individual sprinkler heads that were in wrong spot in yard.
