Get a voicemail from their technition Chad saying they would be out Thursday I called his number had to leave a message saying service is supposed to be on Wednesday. They didn't show up Thursday so I get another voicemail saying they would be out the next week on Friday since I'm home all day on Friday's I asked that they text or call when they are on the way so I can lock the doggie door. I get a message saying they can't give me an exact time but between 8:30 and 9, not even what I asked. I've tried calling their office and no one answers the phone. I'm about to cancel their service and go with someone else if I can get some one to answer the phone.
