Front desk was welcoming and accommodating. Major was super chill guy and was very professional. I had a front glass repair for and S8 and front and back glass repair on the S8+. S8+ was done well, there were some light scuffing in the corners but since we had the midnight version it was not noticeable unless scrutinized thoroughly. The s8 was also done well but had a bubble in the top right corner which i did not notice until i was walking to my car which makes me think they hoped i would not notice it. Either way i walked right back and he attempted to fix it with out having to re-do the whole screen. In the end he did not have to re do it but the issue was not fixed bubble was very visible. It ended up working out as i could still trade the phone in but was mostly due to luck and setting my brightness up to max reducing bubble visibility. All in all great small business but if i had to give some advice it would be to be straight forward on issues you have with customers items. MAJOR PUT A REPLICA BATTERY IN MY PHONE without my knowledge & my phone sent me a notification saying they can't verify the battery & it's not a Apple battery. I sent him a screenshot & he didn't reply so I called & the lady talking about all sales are final. I would have never agreed to them putting a NON-APPLE part in my APPLE phone. This is my second time dealing with him & both times have been horrible, never again. I try to support black owned business but this is why most of our own people are so iffy. That's bad business. Not to mention, I called when I got to the shop & he wasn't open even though it was 12 noon & Google says he opens at 10. he told me to wait 35 minutes & he would be there so I said ok how long would it take to fix my phone? He said 20 minutes so I came back, dropped off my phone & came back to pick it up & he's like "we don't have the battery, you have to give us another hour". Like what I specifically asked how long would I have to wait, I gave you extra time & you still aren't ready. Heed my warning!! This place is nothing but a sham! They sold me a used phone and I admit that it was my fault to not check the imei but the woman who sold it to me assured me that all their devices were good but the phone was blacklisted at almost every carrier! Then I asked her if the phone had any problems! Again she assured me no. 5 minutes later the power and home button don't work! I bring it back to replace it because they claim that all used phones have. 7 days warranty however I call back to back days for 5 days in a row and they keep telling me to come Tommrow check again later I'll have the replacement then. I called today and still no replacement for my phone. Just another call again tomorrow?? Now my warranty is up and now they refused to replace my phone. I went to this place yesterday to fix my iPhone 5s glass screen which was shattered when I dropped it. The guy who fixed it quoted me $60 which he honored when I arrived. This first time he fixed my screen there was a tiny air bubble in the corner and he insisted that he redo the job to get it right. Which he did. $60 was the best deal in town (I called about 5 different places) and the service was friendly. They seemed under-staffed and in need of some help, as there was only one guy working and lots of people came in to the store looking for repair work. Update took my phone to another establishment and I had a faulty charger port. I'm told u can take old charger ports and put them in phones so my charger port didn't just go out he swapped it so I can pay more money when picking up my phone for another "broken issue" also turns out my audio ic isnt fixed either and yet he was trying to have me PAY for my phone that he supposedly fixed but could not turn on because my charger port needs to be repaired lol this guy is a joke he had my phone for months and only damaged it even more. The prices are fair comparable to other shops around. The guy there fixed my phone the same day which I appreciated. However the place needs some A/C and some remodeling inside? The guy is nice but if a price is quoted believe me he has not added taxes to it. He fixed my phone and later that day my phone started getting unsually hot!
