Was able to get a Black Friday deal at Lowes but they could not schedule a delivery until Saturday. Called MMM and Paul understood our dilema. I apologize to our moving crew for posting this review about a year after the fact.....but it's always been on my mind to sing the praises of the team who came to help us move. Travis, Conner, Stephanie, Adam and Brandon were so professional in moving our furniture and boxes out of our home, storing them for a week and then moving the items into our new home. They really know what they're doing. You know how there are some companies who promise the moon and then don't deliver? You know how there are employees that give you the creeps, like they are casing your house, and not treating your things with care? This is NOT the case with Majestic. They have moved it all and know how to do it. They are professional and are there to work hard and get the job done and get it done right. They are not just tossing your stuff onto the truck and trying to get out of there, items are packed with care and secured in the truck to avoid scratches and other damages. On each moving day, I received a call to let me know they were on the way and they arrived on time. They were very respectful of the house and floors and even helped us move a couple of items that were already in the house. Moving is never fun, but the team from Majestic helped make it less stressful. When we move again, I will not hesitate to call Majestic! read more

I made a big move from Houston, TX to Avon, CO and I didn't want to drag my own Uhaul through the mountains. I spoke with at least 30 moving companies to get an idea of what I'd be dealing with and they were all driving me crazy. Although MMM was not the cheapest quote I received, they were the ONLY company that could guarantee my pickup and delivery dates - and they were the only guys not incessantly calling me and talking smack about other companies. They even stored my stuff for about a week for me. They didn't tack on any weird charges at the end or hold my stuff hostage until I paid (like some of the horror stories you hear). The employees were easy to work with over the phone and my mover, Jimmy, was very kind. I would recommend them and I would use them again. read more

Don't recommend choose someone else. This company told me they would charge me a deposit of $500 and then bill me when the job was complete. Well they decided to charge me $500 and then another $100 without approval before the work was done. When I asked Paul the owner why he didn't honor the quote he called me a liar and that he could charge my card at anytime, then said I should have someone else finish my move. Eric and Brandon were the absolute Majestic Movers A team. They were extremely careful to wrap our items, and to watch out for the surfaces of our wood work. These movers ripped me off. We hired them to move for a morning but they over charged 40 minutes on a 3 hour move which cost an extra $120. When I contacted the owner, the refused to work with me and just told me I was wrong. The movers were nice and pretty helpful, but I will never hire this company again. read more

This group was outstanding. We lived at the end of a winding, 3 mile uphill road in a 3 level, 9 room house outside of Silverthorne. We had several extra heavy pieces, a kitchen packed with entertainment items, a wine cellar of 600+ bottles, 20 years of accumulation all of which eventually filled two large trucks and one small. Packers were sent to assist with packing a day ahead and the day of the move. This team never stopped. It was a lengthy day and an extraordinarily cold day by the end of the move but they kept going. Later in the day extra workers were brought in to help the original group so that the move could be accomplished in a single day. The moving team maintained a positive, upbeat attitude through out a not-so-easy move. But they were able to get us through it still smiling. We have put all in storage until we find a home in Denver. So stay tuned until we cap off this story. read more

I am a dispatcher with Plycon Transport out of Southern California. We contacted Rhonda at Majestic about assisting us with a delivery that was tough for our driver to handle since we drive 18 wheeler tractor trailers and the site was on a tight road we could not access. We spoke to Majestic and they took our driver in on short notice and took care of the delivery. We are really pleased with Majestic Mountain Movers. We had a lot of stuff (2500 sq ft on 3 floors) that needed to be packed and moved, and everything arrived at its destination (several destinations, actually - in town for some items, and to Denver for most items) in great shape. The movers were very respectful of us and our treasured possessions. They carefully packed the fragile items; protected the house, too, as they moved even the huge and heavy items out without a scratch to the items or to the walls/floors/doors in the house. They met with us ahead of time to give an estimate, their price was very fair, and they honored that initial agreement even with some items taking longer on moving day than anticipated. No hidden or surprise charges, which we've heard some companies do. (Friends warned us that another company had given them a slightly lower price over the phone, but then charged extra on the day of the move for "oversized" or fragile items.) The owners seem to have integrity and take pride in their work and their business. We were very happy with them and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
