We emailed them several times to come out and fix their work. They finally show up late June 2020 to tell us they will require us to pay for part of the cost because of high traffic use due to our mini golden doodle that weighs 24lbs. This company does not back up their work. They offered to paint the railings that has the same chipping problem as the deck. We saved our hard earned money to get our deck refinished. I did a lot of research to find the best fit and did not pay the lowest bid. It's your hard earned money so be cautious.

MY DOG got this crap all over her and it ended up on rugs, expensive down blankets, everywhere in the house from foot traffic, etc. He gave me a pittance back on his over priced $1,000 job that shouldn't have cost nearly that much to begin with. The gutter is FILLED with this stuff to where it doesn't work. It's in the downspouts. IT NEVER DRIED A YEAR LATER and STILL causing me trouble. Sticks & leaves are embedded in it on the roof and will occasionally slough off onto the patio to where it gets everywhere. I had him put a chimney cap back on that raccoons removed. He INSISTED all over the place there were no raccoons in the flu. Put cap back on. Trapped a raccoon. "Please come and remove this cap" Nope. He refused. This guy needs to come out and clear out this black goo from the gutter & downspout or replace it and peel the sticks stuck in this crap out. I tried cleaning the gutter and it's filled with black goo that got all over me. It's EVERYWHERE!
