DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company does not back up their poor quality work. We had them stain our deck in October 2019 only to find the stain chipping away by early April 2020. We emailed them several times to come out and fix their work. They finally show up late June 2020 to tell us they will require us to pay for part of the cost because of high traffic use due to our mini golden doodle that weighs 24lbs. This company does not back up their work. They offered to paint the railings that has the same chipping problem as the deck. We saved our hard earned money to get our deck refinished. I did a lot of research to find the best fit and did not pay the lowest bid. It's your hard earned money so be cautious. read more

I contacted Maria to get a quote to sand and stain my deck. She was very responsive and she provided a good quote. We decided to hire her company to support a family business and we were put on a waitlist for a month. A month later, Maria emails indicating that she can send someone the next day to power wash the deck. We had to move the furniture from the deck and reorganize our schedules to accommodate the 24 hour notice. The next day, a man power washed the deck. I emailed Maria to ask what were the next steps and she replied saying that her company cannot continue the work. Now, I am left with a deck that looks half stained. It's really disappointing that I waited a month for her company to stain the deck and halfway through the project they inform me out of the blue that they cannot continue. No explanation was given. Now, I have to hire another company to finish the work for more money and wait another month for the project to start. read more

I have not reviewed a business on Yelp in a few years. Mainly because my expectations are pretty high when I consider all the factors it takes to merit a good review. I was referred to Pinpoint Maintenance by a friend and I am glad I picked them for my carpet cleaning job at home. We have our first child on the way so it was of the utmost importance to make sure this job was done right. Right from the start the gentleman who called me was very professional and friendly. Expectations were clearly set regarding dates, times, services and price. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and asked for permission to check the rooms that would be treated. I absolutely love that he used shoe protectors the minute he walked through the door as to not dirty my floors or carpets (anymore then they already were). Once he finished reviewing the scope of work, he did everything possible to make sure he minimized the possibility of having his hoses get in the way of what he would be doing. Next he pre-treated the carpeted rooms to ensure removal of any stubborn stains. I thought he would be using big and bulky equipment to get the job done (think Rug Doctor circa 1992), but he explained all his equipment was top of the line and cleaning solutions are ego friendly. The job took long enough were I felt it was done right, but not too long that I had to stay there all day. I let him do his thing and when the work was completed, the rugs looked the way they did the day they were installed. They still smell ridiculously good from a finishing deodorizer spray he applied. In addition, the drying time was only about 6 hours. By the time I was ready for bed that night the carpets were bone dry. Simply perfect! Now my baby can crawl all over clean and sanitized carpets. Had a great experience with Jason (with our deck clean/stain). Quick at responding, either phone or email, which is always important to an impatient customer. Our deck was power washed one day, and then a few days later after all dried out, he came and completed the staining. He matched it as perfectly as it gets to previous stain. Jason is honest, nice, and trustworthy. Additionally, a couple weeks after the stain settled, and much rain hit our beautiful deck, I noticed some drip marks. Less than 24 hours after my email, he came back, sanded, and re-stained not just marks, but the whole top banister for touch ups. Just goes to show his honesty and quality work ethic. The company was great with us from beginning to end. We called two other companies for estimates on carpet cleaning and area rugs. This company was able to do an in-home estimate quickly and offer value added services such as window cleaning for all 47 windows in my home (inside and out) at a very convenient packaged price. Their schedule was also open and available at a date and time that worked best for our busy family. The estimate was very thorough and explained the work to be performed and the price in detail; as well as what we could expect. This estimate was not the most inexpensive; however, it fit our budget and we picked the company for the value and service we wanted in return. The team arrived on time the day of the service and quickly and effectively started to organize itself around the tasks they would be conducting. The prep work was done well also and the staff was mindful of furniture and corners and other areas in the house. It was evident that they had a method for getting quality work done. Their presence was hardly felt as they worked without any interruption to our family affairs throughout the day. We were given updates and explanations as the worked progressed. The staff seemed very knowledgeable of their craft and detail oriented; just as we would to doing the work ourselves. The team was also most accommodating to our special requests. They took the time to understand how we wanted certain work completed on the windows inside and also, with the windows outside and the screens (all 47 windows in a two story home with 18 ft ceilings in an atrium). They also explained how we could maintain the cleanliness after their visit and went through the items they completed to check we were satisfied. Finally, for the carpet cleaning in our basement, they removed items and furniture very carefully and placed everything back they way we wanted it. We would highly recommend this company for carpet and window cleaning. The results of their work in the carpet and area rugs were outstanding. The carpet in our basement was cleaned to "new look" condition; especially heavy traffic areas and pet stains. They also told us what to consider to eliminate spots on the sills for corners, etc. and gave us a bottle of their spot remover for carpets. The corners and hard to reach areas were spotless. With the windows, we could see only shine and brightness not only on the glass but also, the window sills inside and panels outside. We asked to scrape off some glue from a former screen on a couple windows and they guys removed it; no questions asked. By and large, great experience overall. The service and quality methods (and obvious product used) were first class. But most importantly, it was the dedication to surpassing our expectations that made the difference for us. Sean and his team were a great to work with. I scheduled a deck refinishing project and couldn't be happier. They came out one day to power wash and another day (about a week later due to the rain) to sand and paint. My deck is not in the best condition so I opted to go with a solid paint and it looks really good. They painted the deck, the wooden sidewalk, and latticework for a very reasonable price.
