So, my Tesla X started squeaking on the top end suspension AGAIN after a massive rainstorm. This is known to happen when it gets very wet. The correct fix for this problem is to replace the upper control arms, a repair that costs around $750. With the holidays coming up, I wanted to save that money and do the temporary fix, which is to inject grease into the ball joints. Maintenance Pros hooked me up again! Rob no longer works here, and Natalie handled everything for me this time along with their technician. I would like to compliment her and the owner Alex, once again they've provided amazing service AND once again they did this temporary fix completely free of charge! As I said before, I will bring all of my cars here anytime they need maintenance that I can't handle myself along with any major repairs to any of my cars. It turned out to be a bent brake caliper pin and upper transmission mount. They were kind enough to wave the fee on the pin and just charge for the labor on the mount and the part. Another unfortunate case of CONSUMER BEWARE!! I initially selected this place based on some of the reviews however, I've learned that those can be good marketing or misleading. I initially called for a quote on a headlight bulb (low beam) replacement (labor only). After giving the details of my vehicle (year make model trim, etc.) I was quoted a price of $72 for 30 minutes of labor which seemed realistic and expected. However upon arrival at my appointment, I was informed by Kim (who was informed by mechanic) that I had the wrong bulbs and that the labor will require 2 1/2 hours worth of time which would come out to $362 dollars! That was not only a big price difference, but a big shocker as well! I kindly told them that I would take my car to another service provider to swap out a simple lightbulb. I reached out to a mobile mechanic that a friend referred to me and told him the minimal amount of work that I needed done for my vehicle. He quoted an installation price of $70 plus $20 for travel for a total of $90. We scheduled an appointment, he came to my home and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately Maintenance Pros Didn't take the time to look into what it would take to install a low beam bulb or wasn't knowledgeable enough to take the path of least resistance. read more
