My house is two years old and I am having issues with my AC unit, not for the first time, not the second, but the third time. First time they claimed my AC unit was bad so they replaced it, great! Issue wasn't fixed and came to find out the AC unit wasn't hooked up properly by a 220 line. Issue was fixed, and went a year without any issues. This year I go to turn my AC on and it sounds like someone is beating the crap out of it. Of course because we just hit our 2 year mark on the house nothing is covered but the parts, which sounds great in theory but not when I have to fork out over $300 in service and labor fees to fix the issue that I shouldn't have a damn issue with for a very very long time. No one is willing to work with us. They claim the part should be in within a few days and it now has been over a week waiting for AC to get fixed and the fixed date just keeps getting pushed to a further date. I have a 7 month old and a 3 year old having to sleep in a freaking sauna. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

You have to watch the pricing - it is extremely high. Yes I approved the work and pricing before…read morehand, but it was run through so quickly that I didn't realize what I was paying. $700 and change to install a waterproof connector in a wire? Took him about 30 minutes. I have since checked with two other electricians I know personally and they said that should have been $120 or so TOPS. Also, had to do a call back because the outside outlet boxes were installed with very sloppy use of silicone sealant. Yes, they did fix it on the callback, but they had to scrape the paint off the house around the fixture to remove all the slathered on sealant. This was in a very visible place right next to my front door. We did sign up for their one year subscription at $16 per month that is supposed to give us discounted services (15% off) but I suspect that any actual work will be much more than 15% over market before discount. Their technicians were friendly and professional, but I was hoping that for an over $2,000 bill the work would have at least been done correctly the first time and the charges would be reasonable. I really hate to give less than five star reviews but I'm giving them a three because they did tell me the pricing up front and I agreed to it, it was only afterwards when I read the actual receipt that I realized how much I was charged. Believe me, when they do my "free" whole house inspection and they make recommendations, I'm going to review them with a fine tooth comb and if necessary get additional quotes. I guess my trust factor isn't what it should be with this company when it comes to pricing.

Called on a Sunday, thinking I would just leave a message for a Monday call back, but their weekend answering service quickly passed on the message and I had a call back from Jim within 20 minutes confirming the information had been received and they would call the next morning to confirm their arrival time. Monday morning Jim was onsite within an hour or so from the time the office called me. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He had fixed both issues within about 30 minutes. Fast forward to Wednesday, I realized that our 1st floor tub drain was now moving slow as a result of Monday's work. Again, Jim was back at the house within a couple of hours of my phone call. This was extremely frustrating because I contacted a professional company expecting them to properly assess the situation before performing work. As a customer dealing with an already stressful situation involving water and flooding in my home, I expected to be treated respectfully, have my concerns taken seriously, and receive a clear explanation of what work was actually necessary before a service was performed. I am very dissatisfied with both the customer service I received and the way the issue was handled.
