I have been trying to Reach out to somebody from this company about what happened to my car while they do a job at my apartment complex and to no avail have I heard back from them. My car is brand new and they damaged it with there neglect and lack of training. They had no regard for my vehicle or the vehicle or of others. I rarely write reviews but MA and Jose deserves the kudos. I have used MA twice previously for gutter cleaning and the price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the people were professional and pleasant. Anyway I called MA this morning for gutter cleaning. Now I didn't think I would be able to get an estimate let alone get work done for a couple of weeks, but fours hours after calling them, even with a big storm coming in tomorrow, the work is done, and once again the work is done well at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Jose. The work area was incredibly clean, cleaner than before work, and he even power washed part of my walkway and my driveway. Jose did a great job with our project (roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, powerwashing and cleaning our windows). Our roof was extremely dirty, and even though it took him hours and hours of extra time, he didn't ask for more money, which I really respect. This is the 3rd year I've called Jose Barajas of Maintenance Agents and he always does a great job. The first year I hired him to clean my gutters on my two story home. The second year I had him clean the gutters, wash all my windows, and clean the skylights. This time he came out to get all the leaves and pine needles that had collected on my tile roof from the recent winds, clean the skylights, power wash my roof where moss was accumulating and clean my gutters. Speaking of the gutters, I was planning on getting one of those "well known name" companies to put those gutter guards on my house, but after doing some research, there is NO way you "never have to maintain them" as the material on top of the guards will accumulate moss, debris, etc. so you still would need to get someone to help clean those, and it's expensive to have those installed. In the long run it's better to have a professional go up and clean those gutters, as safety is important and the professionals know what they are doing. Jose is very professional, he does an excellent job, he has always been on time, and his prices are very reasonable. Being recommended on the Diamond Certified list does help, because he knows what he is doing and gets the job done right. I have been very satisfied with his work, and I highly recommend Jose and plan to use his help every year. read more

Jose B came to our house in San Ramon, to powerwash our front driveway and backyard patio cement. He is very meticulous, and I told him with the water drought, to not worry about getting the dark spots on the cement (not sure where the small dark spots came from). He used a bleach/chloride solution first to spray on the surfaces. It took about 550 gals of water to clean about 1200 sq ft of cement, using his powerbrush scrubber and power washer. I'm satisfied with his job. It took him about 3.5 hrs to clean the front and back. read more
