There were issues during this process that complicated the outcome yet proved to me what an honest and dedicated owner Jeff is. The issue involved factory vinyl stripes on the truck's hood. There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. The towels weren't completely clean or dry and actually left dirt on my windows. The blower also leaves some water behind. If the towels were super dry and cleaner, this place would be great. Update: I want to thank the manager for reaching out so quickly and explaining why the microfiber towels are slightly damp. I didn't realize that fully dry towels could potentially damage the vehicle's paint or clear coat. I really appreciate them taking the time to educate me. Because of the great customer service, I'm updating my star rating. Customer service definitely matters, and they handled this well.

However, as time passed, he started missing appointments, rushing jobs, and just blowing me off completely. I contacted him and explained I wanted a refund for the remainder balance (which I even took some off to help him out) and he obliged and admitted he screwed up and would refund me. (I mean, that is something a very inexpensive, basic car wash will accomplish.) Additionally, even charged us more than other better-established mobile detailing services. (I had quotes but he fit my schedule better.) The day of the service, I had to leave to work (I took an Uber since he was still working on my car) and paid him (via Venmo) while at work. I even included a generous tip. When I arrived back home I was incredibly disappointed in the work so I made sure to take photos right away. Now, all of this could have been okay. I informed him promptly (on July 8th within 24 hours) of the fact that the service was done poorly. (See text message screenshots.) He promised he would come back on Friday the 15th. He never showed up. I decided to wait to see if he would text me over the weekend. He did not. It is now Monday, July 18th and he still has not responded. Sean clearly has no intention of fixing the poor wash and detail job he did on our cars. This was truly a waste of money. I should have just driven my car through a Chevron car wash. As least then my windows would not be streaky. (P.S. I could have added many more photos of both cars but frankly, I need that extra time to get my car re-cleaned elsewhere.)
