When I initially called him asking to subdivide my property he…read morewas confident and said he can handle the job with no problems. 8 excruciating months of working with him later he could not have been more wrong. When we were finally able to schedule a meeting with the township board the first time, Rob was sorely unprepared. He had zero definitive proof of the basis of his argument (for us to convince the board). A PRUDENT lawyer would back up his claims with facts and proofs but he had none. It was an embarrassment to watch first hand and then I knew I had made a mistake and was tricked by his initial false confidence. The board asked some other trivial questions a prudent lawyer could answer but Rob had nothing. He used the excuse of not being able to "foresee" what the board would ask but they were asking basic questions. It was like it was his first time in front of the board. He had no problem charging us more and more for his mistakes when it could have been a yes from the board the first meeting. At the second meeting when Rob was finally prepared the board ended up saying no. We had one shot and the legal help we hired blew it. Instead of taking blame, Rob blamed us for not doing initial research, not putting in the contract a contingency for a subdivision. No seller would have ever accepted that offer. We had a really good chance the first time but since Rob and our planner were not prepared for the questions it costed us 8 months and tens of thousands of dollars. What further confirmed my belief that Rob is terrible in this field is when I spoke to the townships zoning officer. She has had meetings with many, many lawyers and had many subdivision cases and she even said Rob was horrible. My biggest mistake was not going to her originally and getting a recommendation from her. Learn from my story and don't make the same mistake I have made.

However, as a…read moresuccessful aggrieved tenant who sued his former landlord in a small claims civil action, be prepared to have this lawyer make it as unpleasant as possible. He is out to churn a fee, and even when the case is a clear loser, he will convince the client, to "fight" to the end and hope the other side gives up. Last minute postponements, and unkept promises is what I experienced with this human excrement.

This company has been very slow and intermittent when it comes to important or any communication. You cannot call them as every phone number is forwarded to their automated voicemail services which lead you down a road to no responses or call backs. They primarily rely on request via online portal, of which when you follow the proper protocol to open such request they do not respond for weeks up to a month and responses are extremely vague and tend to not answer the question/issues or tell you then need to get back to you of which they do not. This company has no problem taking the money from the community and suggesting more ways to spend money rather than save it along with having no proper representation for the community, if you are looking for property management do not go here. Very bad for communities very good if you want to watch your properties fall apart.

Realty Solutions has been unpleasant in the tone of their written communications to residents. They ignored our HOA's actual Bylaws and created a bogus process for Approval of Exterior Improvements. Of course, my online application for such approval is being ignored. This is making it impossible for me to proceed with my township's zoning approval process for an addition to my home. Avoid Realty Solutions!!! No one needs to pay for unnecessary roadblocks.

When my wife and I began looking at houses in South…read moreJersey, we contacted Main Street and were directed to Mark, who's been doing this for 10 years and who knows the area well. After getting some basic info from us, he sent us a listing of about 50 homes so he could figure out exactly what kind of property we were looking for. This helped us to get a good idea of what kind of properties were available in the Collingswood and Haddon Township area. After a few weeks, when we were getting a feel for what was out there, we saw a listing we really liked. After seeing the place and liking it as much in person as in the photos, Mark helped us put a bid in and negotiate with the seller from hundreds of miles away. After we came to an agreement on the price, he helped us get things together like a house inspection, which he went to for us because we couldn't be there, and paperwork for the title. Overall it was great having Mark work on our behalf while we were unable to be in New Jersey, and he was always happy to talk on the phone to discuss any aspect of the process. It's always great to be able to use a local business for something like this, and we were very happy to work with someone who made the process as not-crappy as possible.
