I would absolutely give 0 if I could. We recently attempted to purchase a home being sold by Mark and his team, for a large amount over asking. A best and final was completed and our offer was accepted. An email went out to all the agents that had showed it that an offer was accepted. HOWEVER, on our own, we found that they were still allowing showings to NEW agents to try to get a higher offer while contracts were out and signed on our end. I understand this is "allowed", but where is the integrity on a verbal commitment to the buyer? The sellers didn't sign for 5 days up to when I retracted our end of the contract, because more showings were still occurring, even after telling us they were not accepting another offer. The contract also had to be revised several times, as they continuously tried to add that the purchase had portions being sold AS IS. Which was never negotiated and was false. Very shady in my opinion, would not recommend doing business with this group. read more

The Mark McKenna team is the absolute best! We moved out of state, and needed to sell our home in Evesham. Mark did a great market analysis and his entire team coordinated showings and handled the entire sale with no problems. Mark even suggested some local contractors who handled some minor repairs which were necessary. They even handled the closing without us having to attend. Family members of mine recently put an offer in on a house Mark McKenna was selling. After negotiating the deal and getting the contract signed by both parties, it went forward for attorney review. Within a day of receiving the contract, my family members received an email from the attorney saying that he did not agree with the contract and found it null and void. No further explanation provided. The realtor my family members were using tried to contact Mark McKenna over the course of a WEEK (we have email/text proof to show it) to understand why the contract fell through, to which they received NO response. They later found out that Mark and the sellers had received a cash offer on the property that was more than the offer currently on the table. Fine. That's fair and at the end of the day business is business. HOWEVER, when my family members went back and COUNTERED for MORE than the cash offer, Mark and the sellers again, accepted, and moved forward with contract phase. Funny how Mark could suddenly respond to his number of emails/texts when more money was on the table. Coincidence? When my family members realtor asked Mark if this would be a done deal, he said yes; however, days later they were notified that the sellers did not sign the contract and the house was under contract with another buyer. Once again, my family members realtor tried to follow up with Mark, and once again, received no response. What's worse - my family members deposit for the house hasn't even been returned to them and he's already entered a deal with someone else. I'm not a lawyer, but I would have to imagine that's illegal. Mark never took these offers seriously. He took them and fished around until he could find a better, higher offer. As a realtor, Mark is obviously worried about what he will make off the deal, and while that's understandable, Mark should NEVER have entertained these offers if he was going to use them as a tool to broker better deals, that is just about as slimy as you get. I'll be sharing this review across a number of other realty platforms to ensure everyone is warned before engaging Mark as their realtor. Mark does not have your best interest at heart, unless you are selling a property, then he'll do whatever questionable actions are necessary to put more money in his pocket. I would warn anyone considering him as their potential realtor to stay far, far away. Mark McKenna is the definition of bad business. read more
