We randomly met Steve in the hallway of our kids' weekend school. We let him know of our interest in investment properties. He promptly set us up with his personalized real estate portal with the exact features that we desired. That was a big plus - it was easy and straightforward. In addition to the portal, Steve was so proactive that he even found us an off-market property in a safe area with a current tenant offering over 9% ROI. In summary, Steve is really organized. As soon as your bid is accepted, Steve makes the closing process easy. He built a timeline that made all the key dates very transparent. With that being said, we plan to work with Steve to build our investment property portfolio in the future! read more

My wife, kids and I have been looking for a home ever since COVID-19 started and with the tough buyers market, it has been a struggle to find the right home. We had been looking for 5 years and during all those years, Steve has been accommodating, proactive and patient with all of our needs in regards to our home search. I can't even count how many open houses or appointments we went with Steve. It's been exhausting all those years, but in the end it was all worth it because we finally found the perfect home for our family. We couldn't have purchased this home without Steve in-depth knowledge of the the real estate market and his personal care throughout the whole buying process. It has been a privilege to have worked with such an awesome agent as Steve - we really felt like we were being taken care of in our home search all those years. Looking forward to making new memories in our new home! Thanks, Steve! read more

It was awesome to work with Steve. He is attentive, diligent, punctual, and definitely someone to have in your "corner" as you navigate the housing market. To give some background, we were trying to find the best home we could at the budget we set. The first home we found was good and we were planning to move forward with it. However, Steve was able to find for us additional information about the home that changed our decision. I was disappointed. The day after we exited the closing process, I emailed Steve with several new listings that were interesting. He responded quickly, we were able to schedule the right appointments, and we found the home we are now living in a few days later! I would highly recommend Steve and am thankful for all his help, support, and prayer in helping us find the right home. read more

We highly recommend Steve! As first-time homebuyers, there were many things we were unfamiliar with, but Steve walked us through the process and helped us understand things along the way. Steve is responsive, responsible, and fun to work with! He was also excellent at communicating with the seller's agent about any necessary matters that came up. Steve is knowledgeable about the area's market, various kinds of homes, and what to look for and expect. If you are seeking an agent who can accompany you with knowledge, experience, and expertise (and fun!), he is the guy! Thank you, Steve, for working with us to buy our first home! read more

Steve was responsive and diligent. We are remote to the property transaction and Steve helped us through it all. Many bumps in the road, due to buyers' issues. Steve made it as smooth as possible. Highly recommended! read more

We are a couple of first-time homebuyers, and not only was buying a home an unfamiliar feeling, but purchasing a house during the pandemic was a stressful experience. We are grateful that we got to work with Steve throughout this process. Anytime when we had questions about the information provided, we felt comfortable asking Steve and he was always patient and provided a great explanation. There was one time when we wanted to view a house but could not make it due to our work schedule. Not only was Steve able to make it to the viewing on behalf of us, but he also shared a video of the tour afterwards. We were so appreciative and truly felt that we have someone in our corner. Since we had no prior experience, there were many times when we leaned on Steve and his perspective. We are so happy with the house we bought and we could not have done it without Steve's help :) read more

Steve was great during our experience. He was very accommodating to our requests and we always felt like we were in the driver's seat for any decisions to be made, of course he would advise us with his experience in the process, but never pressured us to go either way. He was patient throughout the process, and would address any questions we had throughout the selling of our home. He always returned our text/calls in quickly and was responsive during all hours of the day. We had special circumstances that required moving our family out of state. With Steve's help, we were able to reunite with each other before settlement and Steve took care of the rest. We would highly recommend him as a real estate professional. read more

I met Steve during a visit to a work colleague for a completely unrelated event. My work colleague did not suggest him to me, but during a conversation, I found out Steve is a realtor and had also done fantastic work for another senior well-respected colleague of mine. I had been working with different realtors at the time for over 5-6 months with no luck and sub-par work. So I did feel great relief knowing that I had met Steve. I was also immediately rest-assured that I am in good hands and he will do really good work for me. The rest is history now. He found me my home, was more interested in my comfort and acceptance and advised me accordingly when he had good knowledge. He also brought his wife along sometimes during our home search--her input is also extremely valuable (Ask kindly/gently that she come along some times and Steve just might be obliged). Steve went far and beyond what I expected. There were times Steve would visit a home and take videos on my behalf because I could not visit. I will love to work with him again as soon as possible. He also gave a very generous gift at the end of the signing. I truly valued Steve's work and professionalism. All 5-stars. You won't regret working with Steve. He genuinely cares about you and not what is in it for him. Thank you very much Steve for your work. read more

We couldn't have asked for a better, more wonderful selling experience. Steve was extremely professional and helpful in guiding us through the whole process. He was very responsive and listened to what we wanted to do. When making decisions, he was able to give us helpful advice yet made it known that final decisions were ultimately up to us and that we were in the driver's seat. We were in a busy season in our life and he made selling our home less stressful and one less thing to worry about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any friends/family looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Steve was a huge help! We were looking to rent a home and Steve was there every step of the way. We originally met Steve at an open house, after talking to him, and not having a realtor at the time we ended up using him to show us other listings, but didn't find the right home. Almost a year later, I emailed Steve right as showings were beginning to happen again after the Pandemic hit. He quickly responded and we restarted our search, eventually leading to the purchase of our first home. What I liked about working with Steve is his efficiency in responding to emails and his ability to help us become more knowledgeable by answering any questions and providing resources for answers. I loved that he would also reach out to us to give updates and once we eventually found a home made sure we clearly understood all that was happening and what we needed to do. I felt like he was really invested in finding our home. I truly felt supported by him, and while he would advise based on his experience, he was willing to do what made us most comfortable. All of our requests were met by him without making us to feel needy or bothersome. He worked out great as a realtor and also was just a nice guy. He guided us through the home buying process and we found a great home. read more

I used Steve to purchase new construction and I noticed right away that it was valuable to have third party realtor advocate on my behalf. Otherwise, the builder will "represent" with the builders interest in mind. It's a no brainer to have a third party realtor since there was no cost. Steve was very knowledgeable about the new construction buying process and the different levers for negotiation. Steve is easy to work with and very organized. At times, the builder had made mistakes in the paperwork and Steve was careful to review it and ensure that corrections were made by the builder. He also had good tips like asking for lender cash from the lender to lower the closing costs and asking for credit for upgrades that I would not have thought to do. read more

We had a positive experience with Steve throughout the whole process of selling and buying our home! When we were at the beginning stage of our home search, we met Steve at an open house where he had greeted us with a smile while having relaxing music and a video slideshow playing of the house. We thought to ourselves - Wow, he's prepared and I'd want this guy selling my house! At that point in time, we were hesitant to start the process with a real estate agent because in our experience real estate agents have always been pushy and a bit overwhelming. We got the complete opposite feeling from Steve. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly genuinely interested in helping us find our perfect home on our terms. The positive things we could say about Steve are endless - available, family oriented, personable, punctual - we could keep going! He went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Steve as your real estate agent! read more
