I used Steve to purchase new construction and I noticed right away that it was valuable to have third party realtor advocate on my behalf. Otherwise, the builder will "represent" with the builders interest in mind. It's a no brainer to have a third party realtor since there was no cost. Steve was very knowledgeable about the new construction buying process and the different levers for negotiation. Steve is easy to work with and very organized. At times, the builder had made mistakes in the paperwork and Steve was careful to review it and ensure that corrections were made by the builder.
