When I initially called him asking to subdivide my property he…read morewas confident and said he can handle the job with no problems. 8 excruciating months of working with him later he could not have been more wrong. When we were finally able to schedule a meeting with the township board the first time, Rob was sorely unprepared. He had zero definitive proof of the basis of his argument (for us to convince the board). A PRUDENT lawyer would back up his claims with facts and proofs but he had none. It was an embarrassment to watch first hand and then I knew I had made a mistake and was tricked by his initial false confidence. The board asked some other trivial questions a prudent lawyer could answer but Rob had nothing. He used the excuse of not being able to "foresee" what the board would ask but they were asking basic questions. It was like it was his first time in front of the board. He had no problem charging us more and more for his mistakes when it could have been a yes from the board the first meeting. At the second meeting when Rob was finally prepared the board ended up saying no. We had one shot and the legal help we hired blew it. Instead of taking blame, Rob blamed us for not doing initial research, not putting in the contract a contingency for a subdivision. No seller would have ever accepted that offer. We had a really good chance the first time but since Rob and our planner were not prepared for the questions it costed us 8 months and tens of thousands of dollars. What further confirmed my belief that Rob is terrible in this field is when I spoke to the townships zoning officer. She has had meetings with many, many lawyers and had many subdivision cases and she even said Rob was horrible. My biggest mistake was not going to her originally and getting a recommendation from her. Learn from my story and don't make the same mistake I have made.

If you are a landlord looking for a vicious killer lawyer - this is the one. However, as a…read moresuccessful aggrieved tenant who sued his former landlord in a small claims civil action, be prepared to have this lawyer make it as unpleasant as possible. He is out to churn a fee, and even when the case is a clear loser, he will convince the client, to "fight" to the end and hope the other side gives up. Last minute postponements, and unkept promises is what I experienced with this human excrement.

I've been here 15 years, and I love everything--it's close to Rt 42/freeway, Rt 130, Rt 295, Rt 676, Philly is just a few minutes away. This place has a FREE Gym, pickleball court, EV Charging, Bicycles for Tenants to Use!! They keep up on the groundskeeping--always looks great, and they have a cleaner for the hallways, too - it's always clean and smells great! The built-in pool rocks on a hot summer day (like today- 90 degrees!) Not that I need to call maintenance often--but, when I do, they're always fast and they get the job done correctly--the first time---gotta love that. And, these people are friends at this point---everyone--the office staff, maintenance, the cleaners, always nice and friendly--always smiling--even the maintenance men after completing a dirty job--still smiling and friendly. Speaking of 90 degrees, I'm in my apartment with Ice Cold Air Conditioning - in fact, I had to turn the AC Off--it was getting TOO COLD! What about the winter? Nice and Toasty, Comfortable. Snow shoveling, plowing? The maintenance crew covers all bases--and, they're on it nice and early when it snows--you won't ever be snowed in--not in this parking lot. The office staff - always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have some sort of activity for the tenants to participate in--photos of your pets, decorate your door for the holidays, Alex's Lemonade Stand, and every now and then-- free snacks - They make you Feel Welcome. Stores? Dollar general is right across the street--as is a pizza parlor, Chinese food, a bagel shop, and a doctor's office, and, I think there's a daycare over there, as well. And, next to that, a bank--if you want yours to be within walking distance. There's a 7-11 a few blocks away, an Aldi next to that, nearby Rt42 is a gas station and a Wawa. Shoprite supermarket is just one mile away--Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Chipotle, Dominos--One mile away. There are things I'm forgetting--and I urge you to check out Hyde Park for yourself--to find out the other great reasons to live here. I've been here 15 years. One of my friends, also a neighbow, has been here a lot longer - because it's Home. It's Hyde Park. I made Hyde Park Apartments MY Home. YOU Can Too:-)

He not only handled their home buying process with extreme care and precision, he also befriended them. Recently my parents also had a small issue from their home builder and Jason made himself available to provide excellent advice related to a warranty issue. It is safe to say Jason goes beyond the call of duty even after the purchase has been made. I believe you should look no further when buying a home, Jason has a keen eye and strong sense of integrity necessary to manage the elaborate and constantly changing real estate market. If you are looking for the best, look no further.

We were also planning our wedding at the same time, so it was a very stressful and exciting time for us. We planned on meeting with Eric and a few other agents we researched, but after that initial meeting, we canceled our other appointments. Eric spent two hours with us explaining the home buying process, various neighborhoods, the market, etc. There was zero pressure to "hire" him - he didn't have that annoying sales pitch personality at all. He guided us through every step, listened to our preferences/concerns, was always reachable (even on vacation), and was flexible to show properties. He only showed us homes that matched our preferences, which saved us time, and we were able to find our future home after only a few weeks of looking. Throughout the entire experience we kept wanting to say "this was the easiest thing we've ever done!" but continued to hold off until closing just in case everything fell apart. It never did, and we have Eric to thank for making sure everything ran smoothly. I've heard a few horror stories from friends about other agents in the Old City area, so my fiance and I are eternally grateful to have found Eric. I recommend Eric without reservation. If/when we sell this house and buy another, we will absolutely be using him again.

The location is 10 to 15 from Philadelphia, huge plus. It is also close to everything in Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Camden (if you go there) and other surrounding townships. I am not happy with the properties poor responses to some of my concerns. First concern was no hardwood floors like in the pictures advertised. Secondly, my kitchen renovation was a nightmare. Was suppose to take 2 days and it took about a month to complete. Not to mention, the contractors lost my key to my apartment causing my locks to have to be changed. My safety was potentially in jeopardy. I wrote the corporate office and have not heard back from them on either issue. This is displeasing and unacceptable. The townhome and location was the reason I moved here but I am not satisfied with the customer service and lack of corporate responses that I have yet to receive. The property manager is nice and has done what she could do with her authority but as far as upper management, their lack of response and slow responses to the hard wood floor issue is very disheartening for the amount of money I spend on rent.

We were extremely respectful, kind hearted, payments all on time, friendly with the neighbors etc and Erika from day one has been the most disrespectful person to us. When we moved in we had to wait an extra 5 days because the townhome was completely trashed. After fighting for 2 days they finally replaced our carpets and picked up the trash they left all over. No one, not one time did we get an apology. Over the 2 years we had issue after issue but continued to stay patient as we did enjoy our neighbors and neighborhood. Now we are being charged for normal wear and tear (pictures attached) . As you can see there is dirt on the steps mind you in the check out letter it states "carpets must be vacuumed" never once did it mention they needed to be shampooed or we would have done that as we owned a shampooer. 2 weeks before we moved our our refrigerator broke and 3 maintenance guys trotted through our home in their work boots leaving dirt in that walking path. Erika's response was "well why didnt you tell us to clean it" constantly blaming us. Always. Never once did that woman take accountability for her actions. When you run a property YOU take responsibility for YOUR employees actions. All she did was hide in her office and tell her staff to tell residents she was "on a call" every time you called. I could go on forever about his disrespectful and cold hearted she is but I will leave it at this. Just because we are renters doesn't mean it's not our home and we shouldn't be treated better. Erika I hope your kids never experience someone like you as their property manager. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Especially in customer service jobs as I am in customer service as well. However, our experience has been absolutely Horrible since the day we picked up our keys. We love our home, we love the area, we love the location. However, the staff here has been an absolute nightmare. No one responds to emails. After sending 3-4 we will finally get a response and 9/10 times they still do not apologize or try and make things right! We respect our neighbors, we pay rent on time, we are constantly being treated wrong! When we first applied we spoke with Danny and we were so excited to finally have an amazing, caring, responsive leasing agent and of course Danny gets promoted a month before we move in. I absolutely hate writing terrible reviews but enough is enough. We had a neighbor tow our visitors car due to an honest mistake that we owned up to. Even after apologizing and moving on from the mistake the neighbor called the leasing office accusing us of stealing his parking cone and threaten to Call the police if it wasn't returned! Meanwhile the cone was in another neighbors front area and no one called to apologize to us after showing them we did not do such a thing! Meanwhile neighbors have 4-5 cars parked all over, no stickers, and nothing happens to them. Now the fitness center is locked and you cannot enter the building when the leasing office isn't open. Unbelievable and I will NEVER recommend anyone moving here.

Throughout the whole process she was more than professional telling us all about new construction and things to look out for in existing homes. She was extremely knowledgeable and could answer 99% of our questions instantly and honestly. She made us very comfortable with buying our first home and even got us a GREAT gift basket when we went to settlement. She really made the process smooth and easy and I would TOTALLY recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home in South Jersey.

In the contract he signed with them there was a 24 hour notice, meaning they had to inform us 24 before hand that they would showing someone the house. This was put in place because two people were still living there with very differing work schedules. My father works a normal 9 to 5 while I work from 2pm to 10 pm. This would have worked, had the realtors actually followed this contract. Instead there was one point where I was still in my bed and I heard the front door open. So I got up and got in the shower hoping the noise would tell them to get the hell out. That was the worst of it. Several times my father would call telling me I had to clear out of my own home because they just called and want to show the house at that moment. I don't know what selling a house is like, but I know what 24 hours means. I know asking to be told the day before is not asking a huge a moment. I, also, know that they should have told the people tough shit if they couldn't wait til the next day or an open house since the home was occupied. Now, the only reason I feel the need to write a review now and not back then, is because something similar is happening to a friend who is moving out of an apartment on Station Ave. Apparently the realtor literally walked people into her apartment while her boyfriend was still in bed. Literally walked into their bed room while he is laying there. Now, is a commission more important that proper human decency and privacy? Personally, I don't think so.
