Michael Lamie was our agent. He lied about his commission(told us different commission than what was in the contract) and usually does promises that never happens. He also tries to make commissions from other sources, so it increases the price on his customers. For example, if the client needs to maintain something in his new home, He recommends a contractor that offers a price that is has part for Michael's commission. He also tries to push the clients to use his attorney Hanan Boulos not a good attorney at all. she has the worse attitude. He tries to push his customers to use a broker or mortgage loan officer (Stephen) from unknown bank with almost no physical location and has terrible reviews. so basically, he lies about everything possible so he can achieve the sale to get his commission. I feel they do not need make renters a priority as the due buyers. I have been pushed back several times on a move in date on 2 properties. My realtor has made to many excuses and has not made the fact that she made me homeless and displaced a priority. Took my money and had me sign a lease for a unit that had no CO, no electricity and no water. After promising me it would be by my move in date. She did not do her due diligence as my friend and realtor. And still after acquiring another property the nonsense continues. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a professional company. Attempted to arrange a rental property for vacation with my family. Made the reservation through their AirBnB profile and confirmed by chatting with them a few days later. 5 months go by and I reach out, again to confirm, with a month before the planned trip and they inform me they double booked the rental and my reservation would be cancelled. The agent listed my house for both rent and sale. I was presented with an offer from another agent from the same office for a lease to own. The offer was presented as a single tenant who was planning on purchasing the home within 5-6 months of renting. I turned down a long term lease offer and accepted the deal. The day the new tenant moved in a received a call that a bathroom flood and water was coming down through the ceiling. I rushed down to the property and found out there were 6 PEOPLE living in there. They had beds everywhere!!!!! I was told the entire time there was only going to be an older women living there by herself. A couple weeks go by and I contact the broker from the office, George Denney. After about a 5 minute discussion, George says "Hey A$$hole. Go F%%% yourself.) Disappointing. To say I was very disappointed with the agency is an understatement. Had to call them over and over to get answers and follow up on all phases of the bidding and closing process. At the very last minutes; literally the day of closing hours before changes were made to the agreement costing us additional $$$ that were originally stated the agency would cover. Nice move! Maybe this is common practice in the world of closings, but I was surprised. Many of the questions we had our agent would tell us she has to ask her Lead. The lead was rude and didn't want to be bothered with us. When we ask to speak with the manager of the agency, we were told she's not available. Lesson learned; know you agents experience and know your agencies reputation before doing business with them. read more

this realty rocks. simply the best in the area. if you see a for sale sign and want to go in to see the house, they will get you in, most times right away. perhaps due to our youth and inexperience, other realtors took us to absolute dumps (one actually said something along the lines of "you won't notice the HUGE water tower in the lot right behind yours and township utility trucks that park there are actually a benefit". not keller williams. they showed lots of houses that could have been options even though our price range was somewhat restricted. we have a fantastic house in a wonderful neighborhood and the whole process took a little less than two weeks. This review really should not be as low as I put in, but given how our experience ended I have to give them a one star rating. We used KW to list and sell our home, which was a very good experience. Our agent was helpful attentive and really did a nice job for us. We used KW and the same agent to look for a new home as well. Again our agent was very attentive and patient while we found the new home that suited us best. Everything went well until the day of closing. During the walk through we found that the previous owners had left some items behind including their refrigerator which was supposed to be removed. I did not want to be saddled with their broken down refrigerator or with arranging to have it removed (I had enough details to worry about what with moving, delivery of new appliances, new furniture, painting and carpet cleaning before the move, etc.). But I did try to call the company delivering our refrigerator about removal but could not get in touch with them. Since it was in the contract that it was supposed to be removed I was standing firm that it should be removed. I even was OK with singing if someone made a commitment to cover any costs associated with removal but the sellers refused. We were at an impasse, and our agent told us she would have a couple of her co-workers come and removed the unit. Since KW took responsibility we went ahead with the closing. All good, one would think. Unfortunately the two gentlemen who came to remove the unit did not use a hand-truck or dolly and left small gouges all the way from the kitchen to the front door. My wife and I were busy with all the other things going on, so we didn't even notice. Then when our new refrigerator delivery folks arrived they pointed out the gouges to us so that we would know they were there before they brought the new one in. We called our agent, who said she would look into it and never got response. When called again our agent was very dismissive to my wife. We then wrote our agent and copied her office manager. We got a return voicemail that said she would look into it and then heard nothing. We called multiple times and heard nothing. Finally tried email and got back a terse reply that after an internal investigation KW determined that they were not responsible. KW never came out to look at the floor, did not care one iota about the damage they caused once they got their commission. They did an excellent job up until the last minute. Then when their commission was in jeopardy they accepted responsibility to remove the items left behind by the sellers, but refused to accept responsibility for the damage they did in the process. This turned what would have been a 4 star review into a 1 star review. MS read more
