At the beginning of our homebuying journey we had vetted a few realtors beforehand. Other realtors we spoke to programmed our wants/budget into their system and were just sending us automated e-mails of listings that fit those parameters (which felt like something we could have set up on our own...) We went with Nicole because we loved how personalized she made the process, she really does make you feel like you are her only client. We had a group text going where she would send us the listings that actually fit what we were looking for and it allowed us to keep an open conversation with her about all the questions we had as first time home buyers. A surprise bonus was that Nicole actually flips homes in her spare time and is extremely knowledgeable at what is required to make certain updates in the home so she was able to provide rough cost estimates (on adding an extra bath, new flooring, etc) which proved to be tremendously helpful as we started looking at fixer uppers. She made the process as smooth as could be, but there are always circumstances that are out of your control.... Which brings me to the grand finale of Nicole's awesomeness on closing day. During our walk-through just hours before closing we entered our soon-to-be home to find 70% of the seller's belongings were still there. Without skipping a beat Nicole took control of the situation and assured us we would get everything out in time for closing. In a pair of nice sandals and in the pouring rain, she helped us move out an entire house within hours. It certainly was a day to remember lol and it forever solidified Nicole's title in my book as #1 realtor of all time.

One of their agents scheduled a showing at my home for late afternoon. Around 9AM, while I was…read moreworking from home, their client opened my locked front door and walked in...without their real estate agent. I spoke to her briefly on the phone and she was half an hour away in the office in Cherry Hill. The client then left my key in the opened lockbox without closing it when I told her she had to leave (I had no way to confirm if this was really the agent I spoke to on the phone or a real client). The agent and the office itself never apologized for this, but a regional VP did. The agent then wanted to show my home later around noon so my agent said she would come in person for the showing to make sure everything was okay. This time, the agent was over half an hour late from our scheduled start time despite what happened that morning, leaving my agent and her client sitting outside the home for a very long time. I feel that this all displayed a horrible lack of professionalism and considering just how bad of an infraction it is for a client to walk into an occupied home unsupervised, it is astounding to me so little was done to rectify it and make ammends.
