"Cup" of chili, $6.00. It wasn't even a whole big spoonful. What a joke. I know food prices have gone up, but this is a joke

Got Uber eats, I have ordered this chili. I don't know how many times I have ordered it....usually get a full cup of it. I don't even know what this was or if they tried to do this as a joke or what but I'm not very happy. This chili was six dollars. It wasn't even one big spoon out of a crockpot and it was cold when it got here. I know food prices have gone up as well as the cost of items, but I have learned to value less than here today. Do not order chili from them again. I've also gotten it at the restaurant for takeout personally and never have. I had a portion like this or lack of a portion.

Pear salad, they should call it a cranberry cheese salad.

Very slow service. once seated took 20 minutes to get a drinks just ok appetizers that took again 20 minutes dinner was an ok veggie burger pita bread margarita again just ok and I had a small over priced spicy hot chix noodle soup. a half pear salad which if you see the pictures below was really a cranberry cheese salad with maybe 3-4 very thin fresh pear slices the size of a quarter that was over flowing with balsamic vinegar. very disappointed not sure I will go back anytime soon!

This place is amazing to go with the girls and kind of hang out. They have good bar food. This is my go to place when I just wanna hang out. They have good drinks and the service is good. This place is also very casual.

    French Onion soup, I couldn't wait....lol

I stopped in Sunday early evening, the atmosphere was lively with nfl football games going and they have RedZone, that's a plus! I was seated immediately with a view of many TV's. My server Britney was very nice and attentive. I started with the French onion soup, it was delicious and flavorful. I stopped to try one of their famous burgers, I was starving so unfortunately I picture. I had the "Diablo" cooked medium rare, it too was delicious, juice and filled with spicy flavors. The fresh cut fries were crispy, Salty and tasty. I truly enjoyed my first visit to Main Street Pub and will be back soon with friends!

Back for the great burgers and spicy tots. Good service and nice atmosphere! Always a solid choice.

The good: There was no wait for a table, the day after Christmas. We were welcomed in by the host immediately and offered a choice of high or low table. We opted for low and a friendly waitress came back right away to bring menus. She came by quickly for our drink orders. The drink menu was fairly large for beers on tap and they had some drinks that were not too expensive that were unique. Menu had a large amount of decent choices. The meh: The food, although the portions were good sized, the flavor was lacking. All three of our burgers were very dry, even my husband's who was supposed to be medium rare. My son's was overcooked, closer to well. The truffle fries didn't have much flavor, as did the sweet potato fries. And everything seemed very overpriced for what we received. We've eaten at another restaurant in town that had excellent burgers and truffle fries, was upscale and was still less expensive. We just weren't impressed for the price we spent on a burger/fries ($20).

This is a pub with ok tasting bar food. Quality- the pear salad didn't have much special about it. There was barely any pear or other fruit in it so it lacked sweetness. There was also way too much blue cheese so it overpowered the salad. The soup was not bad but was too salty. The burger was a miss. It was supposed to be medium rare but it came out well done. The toppings on the burger are pretty standard and fries are quite soggy when it comes out. Quantity- expected a bit more for the price. Atmosphere- typical bar atmosphere. Not too packed when I was there. Service- pretty slow.

Shrimp tacos with hand cut fries! Delicious.

The best place for burgers In the western suburbs. I've tried almost all of their 20 different burgers and they were all great! Service here is always excellent by Brandon and my wife and daughter love their fried pickles! Their beers are great too with a decent craft beer selection. Last week I tried their shrimp tacos for the first time and they were excellent also. 2 HUGE tacos were plenty satisfying. Main Street Pub never disappoints!!

We moved to the area this summer and have wanted to try Main Street Pub but thanks to the construction we hadn't been able to during the good weather! But we finally got takeout this weekend and omg it's so good! The burgers were delicious. Creative but not weird. They were also cooked perfectly! The sides were great too! We can't wait to come back in person and try more of the menu! The two burgers we had were the drunken pear and bistro and I'd recommend both!

Guinness was great! Service was great. It had an awesome St. Patty's day ambiance. The fries were fantastic.

    Chorizo chowder

Good spot for burgers. Pretzel sticks and beer cheese - average. Cheese was kinda bland. Chorizo chowder soup was delicious!! Fried pickle burger- big fan of how thick the slice of cheese was on the burger. Chipotle aioli on the side because it has a kick. Heart attack burger- again nice thick cheese. Had a fried Mac and cheese patty and bacon made it so filling. Truffle aioli was very strong.

Cute place to relax, friendly service, enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates. The beer/bar menu sucks, though.

The curry wurst was the bomb but needed more sauce. The sauce was heavenly though. The potato pancakes great and flavorful. The cabbage rolls tasty. The liver soup not my favorite only because it had a liver taste--which if you like, then you'll like it. The saurkraut and purple cabbage the best Ive ever tasted and worth getting. The spetzel so-so, not much flavor. Son liked it though. The bread dumplings ok. More like white bread. The big pork shank that is the prize-it was good but not as stellar as we thought it would be. And we did make sure to order it crispy like it said to and it wasn't. Looked like it was a little browned but even my young son said the fat isn't rendered. I think it would have been a lot better if it had been crispy like in other pictures on here. Disappointed. It's like $35. Not cheap. The beef with sauce (sauerbraten) was good, the sauce great, the beef ok. The special that was going on, the beef roulade. Nobody liked it at all. The stuff just didn't taste good together in it. Overall, it was a good experience. The waitress Rosie was amazing, most of the food was great to awesome. The ambiance was German and cozy. Our favorites: the curry wurst sauce, the saurkraut and red cabbage and the stuffed cabbage rolls.
