I went there and they researched tires for my Bike and gave me a price on two tires for $646.45. Most money I have ever spent on motorcycle tires. But apparently, my bike has an odd rear tire size, so I agreed. Prior to ordering the tires they asked me to pay up front for the tires which is totally understandable. So I went by there to pay and schedule an appointment time to install the tires when they arrived. On my bill it is clearly $436.87 for the tires. So I paid for the tires with my credit card. Later, that evening I looked at my receipt and saw that I was not charged the above stated amount - I was charged $454.13. There was an additional charge of $17.26 because I used my credit card. Now, I understand that there is a service charge to the vendor when they accept a credit card payment. Hey, that is "THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS"! But what really bothers me is that I was never informed about the added charge prior to using my card. Had I been told about the charge I would have stopped by the ATM on my way to Cycle Ward and paid in cash. I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING! The next day (Saturday) I called to discuss the issue but they were closed so I sent them an email. They responded to the email on Monday simply stating that that was there credit card policy and they stated that there was a sign on the desk stating the policy. Gee, my Bad. I should have perused the office and desk closely to check for their billing practices. Silly of me for thinking that they would verbally disclose their policy to me and give me the chance to pay is cash prior to the purchase. But, you know what. If they had said to me. I'm sorry we should have made the extra charge clear to you and deducted the extra charge from the final bill - then this would have been a five star review versus a three star review. The work they did was fine (even though they left a socket on my bike which could have flown off and caused problems). BOTTOM LINE: Very unprofessional secretively passing on a charge that is normally paid by the vendor to the customer and worst of all - sticking to their guns when the customer complains.

Typical corporate nonsense:  I spent a WHOPPING $700 + on a…read morehelmet to protect myself while riding (this is full price by the way, good luck ever getting the specific helmet you want on sale), and Cyclegear put this expensive order in the hands of FedEx for shipping purposes. After a few days the tracking information shows that it is stalled and not moving between destinations. When I contacted FedEX to find out what's going on, they freely admitted that the shipment is lost and at some point between transfers was not scanned in, even though the trucks that were moving it reached their destinations. They informed me that they could do nothing unless Cyclegear submitted a claim or a ticket on behalf of the delivery.  I contacted Cyclegear to get them to resolve this issue and of course, they pulled the same old Corporate nonsense. "we can't do anything about this. I don't know what FedEx is talking about. We can't submit any tickets. I don't have access to those systems." yadda yadda yadda. just stonewalling me while holding over 700 of my hard earned dollars.  I then explained to them that the North Charleston Store here appears to actually have the helmet in question in stock, and that I would just go and pick my helmet up from that store's inventory. just refund me for the Helmet i ordered and I will repurchase there since it's available. i PAID for this helmet in full. you HAVE what I paid for. just let me pick it up since your shipping failed.but no. of course not. Cyclegear sees fit to take my money and give me NOTHING AT ALL in return. No recourse. Cyclegear is taking no action to resolve this, just leaving the lost helmet eternally in limbo with FedEx and offering me no compensation. Something that would be so simple to solve becomes impossible because some stooge in an office hiding behind a phone is too lazy to fix it.  This is a lifelong boycott. I am an avid motorcyclist who lives covered in motorcycle gear, and I will never spend money with Cyclegear, Revzilla, J&P cycles or any of their puppet shell companies ever again. And if that helmet ever does arrive (which I seriously doubt it eve will, FedEx was clear on this) I'm immediately returning it. You will never get my money again, because you lack the basic skills to deal with simple situations in a fair and courteous way, and that is unforgivable for a retail business.

On…read moreNovember 26th, I got an email saying that they "apologize" but they still didn't have the title to send to my lien company but they should be getting it "soon". On December 9th, another email "any day now". December 17th, "by the end of the month". December 31st "they are going to over night it by Friday" (Jan 2nd). On January 8th "should be shipping to us tomorrow". During this time frame I have had to waste time getting an extension on my temporary plate, which expires in a few days and you can only get an extension once, so after that I am not legally able to ride the motorcycle that they sold me. In addition, I am having to deal with the Credit Union who is threatening to increase my current APR because they haven't received the title yet. So here we are, 71 days in, still no title, and only a few more days I'm legally allowed to ride my bike. My next step will be a lawyer, why should I pay a penalty and for documentation fees for documents I haven't even received and for a motorcycle that I can't even use?

Honda Goldwing mechanic didn't diagnose the intermittent hard starting just said I need battery ,…read morethey replaced battery and 3 hours later trike starter didn't work . Called dealer and service said they couldn't do anything as they were closing in 30 minutes and did nothing to help . I had to rent U-Haul with flat bed trailer and tow home (1000 miles) and from Saturday to Thursday have not heard from dealer. They are a Honda PowerSports dealer , I don't trust and for anyone elastic good luck going there .
