I got a few things done to the CBR back in October of 2024, including getting the computer replaced because of crossed wires. Ever since I've gotten it back from this shop, the engine light comes on when I get the tachometer in high revs, but THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE BRINGING IT IN TO THEM! I swapped the VFR when I picked the CBR up in October and the shop mechanic Biggs said it might be a little while before I get it back because he had other big projects going. So I JUST got it back February 8 2025 and he didn't even TOUCH it!!! And he left it outside for some time, because it was filthy, covered in pine needles, and the battery was completely dead! Avoid this shop, because they are not professionally run at all.

One constructive comment would be to not charge for fitting of accessories when buying them with a new bike, that way customers would be more likely to buy more accessories at the same time. Chris has a lifetime of experience as a mechanic who knows the analog (for lack of a better term) systems as well as the computer controlled systems. He took a look at my issue and almost fixed it on the spot after recognizing the symptoms. He has a high interest in repairing the bike so that it will run as one would expect it to run, not just in fixing the problem that it was brought in for.
