I arrived here Wednesday night and dropped off my clothes Thursday AM after calling around frantically to see who could have these cleaned in time for pickup Saturday AM for a wedding that afternoon. The staff here promised they could do it, were exceptionally helpful the whole time, and saved my bacon. While they were unsure they could get the soot out initially, they miraculously did and all the clothes were perfect. To top it off they were ready Friday a day early saving me from frantically rushing to pick them up Saturday and instead letting my enjoy the morning with wedding friends after a very, very long week. All this for a very reasonable price and great convenient location. I'm extremely grateful to all the staff here and will be using them for all my dry cleaning needs whenever I'm in town.

I can not express in words how fantastic Jackie is! My wedding dress was previously altered by a…read moreprivate seamstress who did not alter my dress correctly. I called Jackie who made a special arrangement to see me since it was so close to our wedding date. She not only fixed my dress but immediately made me feel at ease the minute I walked in her store. She took her time to explain to me what the issues were and how she was going to adjust the previous seamstress work. Jackie is incredibly professional and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and loves helping people. I am forever grateful for her help and I can't wait for my fiancé to see the dress! I moved to Janesville from a sad little town in California just under a year ago. I've been coming…read moreto this laundromat to get my laundry done ever since my arrival-- actually, I'm in my car in the parking lot right now! Unusually enough, I do enjoy coming here! The change machines rarely have problems, the people who come in to get their clothes done are very friendly (despite any children usually being obnoxiously loud or staring at you for some reason), and the building smells like the cleaning isle of a store. Mmmm~ Oh! And they have free Wi-Fi!! The Washeteria is great, and the guy who runs the place is crazy friendly and is quick to get things done. My fiancé got a 5-dollar-bill stuck in a machine one time. We called up the manager and ended up being able to head right to his house a few minutes away where he refunded us the $5 on-the-spot. What a cool dude! Interesting sense of humor too... It's great~ There was ONE TIME when one of the dryers didn't work, so our clothes were still cold and damp when we took them out. And there was another time when a dryer ate our quarters, but the manager was super chill about all of it. He's so niiiiccccceeeee! The only real "issue" that I have with this place is that when the summer rolls around, the building gets so many flies. They're active near the front door, where people like to sit. A little annoying, but more than tolerable. I definitely recommend the Washeteria! The manager is super chill, the people who visit are friendly, and it's generally a great place t get your laundry done~
