Other than the fact that it's never overcrowded. There are plenty of machines that vary in size. The regular wash was about $2.75 if I recall correctly, I know it wasn't more than that. And drying ended up costing me about a dollar. It's timed in seven minute intervals by the quarter. They have a reliable quarter machine that dispenses even up to a $20. They have vending machines, a table to sit at, a tv, etc..

This time was the worst! The floors and machines were dirty. Only two of the jumbo washers were working, only one of the double load washers were working, and many of the regular size were working. I did find four washers I could use. Big mistake. The washer I used for my queen sized mattress pad didn't spin out the water. It leaked water all the way to the dryer. I cut my losses and dried everything at home.

The change machines rarely have problems, the people who come in to get their clothes done are very friendly (despite any children usually being obnoxiously loud or staring at you for some reason), and the building smells like the cleaning isle of a store. Mmmm~ Oh! And they have free Wi-Fi!! The Washeteria is great, and the guy who runs the place is crazy friendly and is quick to get things done. My fiancé got a 5-dollar-bill stuck in a machine one time. We called up the manager and ended up being able to head right to his house a few minutes away where he refunded us the $5 on-the-spot. What a cool dude! Interesting sense of humor too... It's great~ There was ONE TIME when one of the dryers didn't work, so our clothes were still cold and damp when we took them out. And there was another time when a dryer ate our quarters, but the manager was super chill about all of it. He's so niiiiccccceeeee! The only real "issue" that I have with this place is that when the summer rolls around, the building gets so many flies. They're active near the front door, where people like to sit. A little annoying, but more than tolerable. I definitely recommend the Washeteria! I was crying inside since this was a 2,000+ dress. I left but then thought about it and went back for it and pretty much demanded she find it. I told her the size and she accepted the coupon. When I picked my item up she, the same person I dropped it off with, said my total was $10 more than it should have been with the coupon. She told me it was more because of the size. I looked at her and said "I'm not ok with that. That is not what was on the coupon. Coupon was good for ANY size and I told you the size when I dropped it off with you." After bickering I was finally charged the correct price. I will never go to that location again based on that experience. The expired coupon is no longer on their site, by the way. It had been there for over a year.
