Mixed picture here. Clean laundromat. Not a given. When staff are there, they are helpful, proactive, attentive. Plenty of machines. Lots of front loaders. Three of the ginormous ones, several more a little smaller. Then many regular sized front loading and top loading machines. One problem starts here with the washing machines. The very large ones don't spin well enough. If the attendant is not there to push the machine along a little at the end, you have a very damp finished load -- that requires a fortune to dry. The large dryers were also problematic, finicky. On the top, the one next in from the left does not heat up properly. The controls for multiple machines created problems for all somewhere during their attempts to use them. The other larger dryers on the other side were much easier to use, had no issues that I could see. Laundromat has a bathroom, vending machine, a dispenser for laundry supplies, as well as a small play area for children. There are several tables to fold laundry, chairs and rolling carts with the rack to hang things from. These are all clean and in good shape. The washers/ dryers use a card system. You purchase a plastic card at a vending machine by the desk, then you load it up either with cash or from a credit card. System seems to work satisfactorily. Laundromat opens at 7:00 AM weekdays. That looks to also be the best time to get the large machines. Staff assistance is only available until 11:00 AM. read more

This is our first time visiting the " Laundry Bib". We found the facility, clean, machine working well with easy instructions. Additionally, the attendant (Denise) was extremely friendly and helpful to us. We will definitely come back here again when we are in the area. read more

Every time I go in there the employees are smoking outside, but I have to go through their disgusting smoke. And then they stink up the whole laundromat with their aftermath smoke. It is disgusting. The only one that has ever been helpful is the one with a dark dark hair that doesn't smoke. Sometimes if I see them smoking outside I will go somewhere else. Smoking girls are not very helpful they make you feel like it is a burden that they are helping you. They have rolled their eyes at me so many times that I will not go back. My dryer is broken and won't get a new one till Thanksgiving time. unless the nice lady with dark hair is there, I will not go back there, I will go somewhere else. You can't use their bathroom, I call B.S. THAT HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR AT LEAST A YEAR!! I've seen employees go in there many times! There's nowhere to wash your hands. My friend had laundry service down there and her clothes smelled like smoke!! They also use the cheapest, discount laundry detergent!! read more

The best employee they had who did a great job and was polite would stay later than she had to in order to finish people laundry left. Now they left with lazy people who tell you they can't do your laundry cause they have to sweep. Anyways used to be awesome. read more

This place is ghetto but it is Illinois so I guess that's the norm. No one on site, no answering machine and the website listed isn't even correct. They have a change machine but washers don't even take quarters. Have to get a card out of their machine and must have correct change to get it lol then when you get the card you have to pay a $2.00 deposit on it?! What a bunch of clowns. So people just passing through get screwed.. worst laundromat I have ever been to. I trace a lot and have been to laundromats all over the country. This one is NOT recommended! Also not very difficult to redo your signs a bit better wow Edit: also just realized they don't even have bathrooms available for public use while waiting for clothes. So mad at myself for not leaving before I bought card (that is so expensive! ) and started washer. Very clean facility with plenty of washers and huge dryers. Does not accept coins - you need to bring dollar bills to get a "money card" you can use over & over for each visit. read more

I rarely need to go to laundromat unless washing king comforters. Today I went to The Laundry Bin. Mary was working and very helpful as I navigated my way around checking balance on my card (no coins used here) and getting my comforter in washer and then dried. Very CLEAN and will definately be back again. Thank you again MARY for the assistance and pleasant conversation! Many machines, clean facilities and AMAZING staff! I came here with my rugby team from Michigan after a day in the rain and getting covered in mud and Sue was more than welcoming and beyond helpful! This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Even the laundry soap slots for the front loading machines are c l e a n ! Laundromat has many washing machines of all sizes, including several three-load sized machines and two four-load sized machines (for down comforters, etc). There are just as many dryers. You use a card for the machines instead of coins. You load it with either cash or a card. No need to drag around coins. There is a drop off laundry. I have not used that feature. The bathroom at this laundromat is whistle clean, just shines, even smells good. Wow. read more

Love not having to carry quarters, staff are helpful and friendly and the place is kept clean (although some customets are not considerate in their bathrooms) which seems to be rare in this area. There are a limited amount of large washers which most customers desire so try to find a time when it's not so busy, such as Tuesday evening. Don't use the first dryer on the top or the smaller white fryers though, no matter how often the repair guy fixes it, our cloths never seem to fully dry. We've also noticed that the washers don't wash for an equal amount of time (one permanent press washed for 34 minutes while the one right next to it washed for 42 minutes). Cloths come out clean so it's something we'll compromise on for now. They also offer laundry service for your comvenience. The best laundry facility we've seen so far. read more
