Day of the event prep, set-up were perfect. And then there was THE FOOD!!!!! We had a large order of 4 meats (brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, and ribs) and Mac & cheese and beans. It was all so incredibly good! We will all be dreaming of those burnt ends for days. Delicious home made pickles were a really nice touch too! It was all so good that there was almost nothing left to pack up when lunch was over!! We look forward to having Big O's cater for our annual event for many more years.

Then the help informs my husband maybe I should have gone first, another member of Kempen team tells him, well we usually have extra in back but everyone showed up so we dont. They however had plenty of food yet, to take home at end of night. My nephew felt horrible I had to order food in. Last catering company kept food on a side table for gluten sensitive. I was the hostess at that wedding also and was able to eat the full meal. Long story short if you want special don't hire them. They tell you what want to hear but follow though.
