So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

The crew he hired to do my job were inexperienced and the work performed by them is HORRIBLE! I asked the owner of the paint store where Danny purchased the stain for my house to come take a look at the finished job. He walked around the entire house and when I asked him what he thought, he said "there are no words!" I'm having the house redone this Spring.
