The Onion rings were burnt pretty bad (and I like them crispy) and the Swiss mushroom burger was really odd tasting. Lol! What a fun place to to stop! We had our two 5-yo g-kids and they knew it was an I E-CREAM shop by its looks. Thee place was jamming on this mid May warm day! Tables were full, orders filled quickly, bags were clean ( not greasy) and we ordered just 2 cones a hot fudge and a shake. All done about as soon as we got all over to the window . The strawberry Ice Cream has bits of real strawberries... and was bursting with strawberry flavor. Wow! Rainbow sherbet was also full of yummy vibrant flavors --- I regretted the hot fudge.. which was good--- but covered up what was vibrant ant citrusy. I came here after getting recommendation by a friend, and it didn't disappoint. I got to try Banana Split milk shake and Mint Chocolate Chips milk shake. The Banana Split had chunks of fresh fruits and banana, they were true delicious banana split in a milk shake. Mint chocolate chips were like cookies and cream in mint flavor. The food here is delicious and fresh! I like that you get a large portion of shoestring French fries with your combo meal. And You can't leave here without trying one of their amazing milkshakes. First of all I was perfectly fine with the wait time I knew I was walking to a busy place buttttt my milkshake (banana split) had SO MUCH banana that I got about a quarter of my drink before every sip I took got clogged by a huge banana chunk , then we had to wait 15-20 mins for our curly fries , when we got them they were overcooked and had absolutely zero flavor , the lady sitting in her car near by saw our reaction to the fries and told me I should try to get my money back but I'd rather write a review and avoid confrontation, one worker watched me throw away the entire basket and didn't even ask if there was something wrong , they seem like nice ppl but that didn't serve the best food read more

If you are looking for a place that has MANY flavors of milkshakes & ice cream, this is the place. One thing I specifically like is the fact that their flavors aren't just "syrup". When you order a strawberry milkshake, it is vanilla ice cream with real strawberry chunks in it, something you don't usually get at most places these days. I would say that both their fries and their milkshakes are quite good and I have yet to be very disappointed. On the contrary, the burgers are below average in my opinion. My deluxe did not really look like a deluxe... for some reason it came with no cheese and I guess no lettuce. My husbands also came like this. It was mostly meat and bun and one piece of onion. It was truly a bummer. They also forgot one of our fry sauces. The service was not very good and the staff seemed like they didn't really care about executing our order well because it came to us much different than we expected. I'm normally not one to leave a bad review.. I've been coming here for two years and have always loved my experience. Today 6/9/2021 I came through to get dinner for my family; I tried to call three times to call ahead of time since I drive a while to come here no answer, as I'm standing there waiting to order (with no line) I see the girls on their phone, I hear multiple calls coming though with no answer.. which was frustrating, clearly they don't want to take orders..the girl working at 8:30pm had horrible customer service I've seen in a while; clearly uninterested in customer service, we all have bad days but we leave them at the door. Then as I was standing there waiting I noticed the male working in the back touching all of our food with no gloves, handling meat and veggies with his bare hands, cross-contamination.. especially with covid.. I might not be coming back anytime soon after this.. I've been working in customer service for 10 years and I know these kids are in high school but there needs to be some sort of commitment in guidelines when working in the food industry. Came in for lunch today and decided to try the Jalapeño burger. This burger holds up to its name. It has plenty of jalapeños and it definitely has a kick to it! Service was quick and friendly. I love the 50's vibe here, makes me feel like I'm back in that era. There is limited parking on site, but not an issue if you get here before lunch rush hour.
