Upon digging into the omelette I found it to be loaded with the ingredients I had chosen, even distribution, I mean just look at that cross section! The crispy potatoes were so good and actually crispy, unlike most other places that just have a little crisp to them. Oh, and there was an earthquake while we were there - and my daughter was the only one who even felt it LOL Overall, it was a yummy and fun visit.
