Ion did engagement photos first so he could get to know the couple and their style.. The photos were great. The day of the wedding, Ion and his assistant showed up right on time and ready to go. His photographs of this special day were absolutely amazing! Ion didn't miss a moment, and yet he was very unobtrusive and professional. Fast forward to 2017, and my son and daughter in law were getting married. They were so impressed with Ion that they too chose him to document their special day. And had the same outstanding results. These two couples have very different styles, yet Ion captured the essence of both of them perfectly. In 2018, the grandchildren started coming, and there was no one else we wanted to take our yearly family photos. Thank you to Irene who answered the phone both times that I called when I needed to make two changes to the enclosed card for the recipient. I was informed that the hydrangeas (white ones) had not arrived yet but I was offered a different color but only wanted white flowers. Irene suggested a few other options.....I know nothing about flowers or plants (all I know is roses and a bush lol). I just asked her to choose a pretty substitute and she did just that. Irene was friendly, extremely helpful and gracious at making the changes. Delivery was done early afternoon as promised. I will highly recommend Maguni and would surely reach out to them if I need more flowers. I also received a delivery confirmation email which was the cherry on the top of my shopping experience.

She was prompt and did her job as she said she would in terms of showing up for a meeting, being at the wedding on time and then getting us the cd of the wedding. However, the quality of the photos she took was mediocre and to a large measure unprofessional and once we made our selections for prints it took her 5 months to get us the photos. We patiently waiting and emailed (infrequently) to find out the status and she offered no explanation of any kind--just asking us to continue to be patient. When we finally received the photos they were of a quality that was worse than what my husband had printed out from the cd on our home printer. She did not even send one extra print to thank us for our patience and the quality was so poor that we will not use them for anything. With all the choices out there, I recommend trusting your important day to someone else.
