The games area was fine, employees were nice. That area no issue at all. My concern was the dining area. I ordered food and the dining room area was filthy. You can tell the left over food from previous customers had been sitting. Tables were dirty chairs sticky we ate fast got up and left. Poorly maintained. I was grossed out. The bathrooms the same. Trash overflowing it was gross. I was debating on doing a bday party there but I changed my mind. There needs to be some accountability in the person in charge to make sure that section looks clean people eat there we don't want to eat food in a dirty dining room. read more

This was the PERFECT birthday party for a pre-teen. It was so easy to book online and I loved that we had the bowling lanes as a "home base" for the parents to sit and chat (and bowl a little) while we had some food and drinks and just let the kids run wild in the arcade. Jeremy (I think he was the manager?) welcomed us when we arrived and gave my daughter a bowling pin with her age on it and it was signed by the staff - VERY cool keepsake and it made her feel so special. Savannah was our server at the lanes and she was amazing. She checked on us regularly and I felt like we never had to wait for a drink to get refilled and our food came out pretty fast! I was also surprised by how much the food has improved since the last time I went to a Main Event. It was legit food with burgers and stuff like you might get at Chili's, way more on the menu than I expected! The ability to let the kids run around and have fun "without parents hovering" was seriously great for everyone. My daughter and her friends felt grown up and had so much fun while I got to relax and not worry. The only time I actually went with them was when they did gravity ropes and that was for pictures. FYI - the gravity ropes has the kids in harnesses so they can't fall and then they get to climb around like 20 feet in the air on balance beams and ropes. Some of the kids LOVED this, but we did have one that realized they were afraid of heights when they got up there. I didn't catch their name but the staff member that was up in the air with them was very kind and helpful to that kid, and I appreciated it so much. I'm just sorry I didn't get their name! At the end my daughter also got this crazy dessert thing in a big glass that had ice cream and cookies and a brownie - it was wild looking, but the kids loved it and everyone snagged bites. I'm 100% doing another party here because it was so much easier than planning stuff myself or trying to do it at my house or a park. read more

I do not recommend Main Event at all. My wife, sister-in-law, and I went bowling and purchased an all-day, all-events pass. My sister-in-law ordered an alcoholic beverage, while my wife and I ordered regular non-alcoholic drinks. My wife accidentally took a sip of her sister's drink, and a manager immediately came over and asked for identification. We apologized, explained that we did not have our IDs with us, and reassured him that we are all over 21 years old and that it would not happen again. Despite this, he took all of our drinks, including the non-alcoholic ones, as well as our food, which we had not even had a chance to touch. He then demanded that we leave the premises without offering any refund. The manager's tone was very disrespectful, and he spoke to us with a raised voice throughout the interaction. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Main Event based on the way we were treated. read more

We recently attended a Christmas Breakfast event at Main Event. I signed us up some my son's birthday was on the same day and figured it would be a good way for him to play since he didn't want a party. For the event & purchase of a ticket, they provided breakfast, cookie decorating, picture with Santa, "snowball" fight, plus game play and other activities. We will start with the food. My son who is 11 ordered wings and fries. He explained that they didn't have any seasoning. After trying them I agreed. We actually got confused because the signed said wait to be seated but no one was there to do so. We went to the bar and waited when a young lady appeared and I asked does she know where the hostess could be found and she seated us herself. We then hit the arcade and one of the games seems to be broken. I didn't see anyone on the floor to help so I asked an employee that was working in the food and beverage next to the arcade. She told me to go to the winners circle. Here is where there are problems. There is only one gentleman at the register and he is cashing out every one's points for prizes. I stood beside the desk to wait until he was done with his line. 3 people approached the desk and proceeded to ask him questions literally while he is waiting on his long line of children. He patiently answered all their requests with a smile. He also helped me with the game that was broken and I said to him bless you for being so patient with people, but you really need help. I went to the Main Event in Frisco last night. My husband and I arrived at about 11:32 PM (3/13/26). When we arrived there was one couple sitting at the bar. My husband and I went in and took a seat at the bar. Although the bar was practically empty it was covered with used shot glasses and paid tabs that needed to be retrieved. It was also visibly unclean and needed to be wiped down. There was one bartender(female African American) who completely ignored us when we sat down. We waited patiently without a hello I'll be with you or acknowledgement. Finally a male (Caucasian male) in a purple shirt walked up (I assume was the manager). He kindly asked us if we would like something to drink. I said yes, but could you please wipe the area immediately in front of us down first. He came and wiped the area down. I thanked him, he left and never looked our way again. He also talked to the young lady at the bar and she never looked our way again. We sat there for 20 to 30 minutes and were never acknowledged again. As we sat there about three young men appeared. They were served. A young man sat down near us. He was ignored as well. He did say something to one of the employees and eventually left without service. No one ever came to us again and we eventually left without service too. I would NOT recommend Main Event Frisco to anyone nor will I patronize the business again. I booked a birthday party for my son and his 10 friends on a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived we were greeted by a courteous young man who paged our host, Jameson. Jameson took us to the room to put things down, then to get shoes. We were to be on lanes 11 and 12, but one of the lanes was running 10 mins behind so he made sure to compensate our own time at the end. I requested beverages and he quickly assisted. Jameson was on top of everything for our party, even pulling a sharpie out of his pocket when I asked if there was one. I understand that his job is to host. But he was thinking ahead of what I needed, continually updated me on the schedule, offering things before I asked, and just generally on top of things. The lanes were clean, my group of 9 and 10 year old kids were allowed to be loud, they had so much fun, and I was concerned when the party supervisor came over but she was just checking in to make sure we had what we needed. I felt as catered to as our guests did. For goodness sake, even the people in laser tag and the winner choice arcade area were kind and courteous. I've gone from nervous to now advocating for parties here because everything was so simple. read more

The pizza tasted like freezer and the loaded fries too, plus the nacho cheese on the fries was gross too. Worst service I have ever had....Like, worse than McDonalds lol!! Dominic, a tall guy who helped me and my family get in the waitlist for bowling, he told my uncle it would be 45 minutes, so we waited, after about 40 minutes we saw multiple areas clean and empty so we asked how long we had and he said "1 hour" to which I answered what do you mean? He told us 45 minutes, 40 MINUTES ago... then my brother went back 20 MINUTES LATER now we had been waiting for a full hour, had some drinks and played some games... we go back to DOMINIC, and I ask him how long we had... he tells me "an hour and a half" WHAT???? At this point I believe he is confused on our name so I try to ask him about the name and last name to make sure he's looking at the right people... He then looks me UP AND DOWN (I wish I was making this up) and tells me "pretty sure no one would tell you 45 minutes because if you look around we're pretty busy." excuse me????? I was with my whole family and had brought kids so we didn't want to leave and we had waited for an hour and a half already so we decided to stay. But best believe I am making a review to talk about Mr Dominic. It is very embarrassing to have people like that as the face of your company. Very disappointing. Our business has been going to Main Event in Frisco every year for several years for our Holiday Party. When I called to get some information and schedule I was told minimum of 10 people. I asked if this was new because we have never had 10 people and have been coming for years she asked for my phone number, my email to look up our info. Was put on hold twice while she checked or really not sure what she had to do and after 10 minutes had to hang up. Instead of getting our business she was not willing to help our party and see what they can do to just make it happen. Having to look up to see if I was telling the truth or not is in poor taste we will not be going back to this location for any further events. At least half of the arcade games don't work but will take your money. For example, you pay into a machine but the guns don't work or Skee Balls don't dispense. There's just no excuse for this - what is the point of going to an arcade if it just takes your money and you can't actually play any of the games? It literally doesn't fulfill its reason for existing and is just straight up theft. We brought it to the attention of management and they expressed that no one had any intention of repairing or replacing the games because "sometimes they work." Super disappointing for our seven year old son. We'll try another entertainment venue next time. read more

The games of course are always fun you get what you pay for. There is no issue there. However , I went and ordered a pizza and went to grab a booth and there was a dead roach! I immediately went and asked for a refund. They seemed to be upset with me because they had roaches! (Not my cashier he was amazing 10/10 apologetic and all) the managers that had to give me a refund! But who wants to eat in a place like that ? If you came to my house and I had unwanted friends would you stay and eat ? No so why expect me to? They should be glad I didn't get the photo like o wanted! So here is an absolute 100% honest review. The inside of main event is really clean for an adult/kid venue (think Dave n busters mixed with bowling and laser tag). It is not too overly crowded and has lots of games for both kids and adults. I did it run into a small mishap with a card machine (which was jammed), but the team and the manager rectified the situation right away. I was very pleased with both staff and managements response. Moving on, we signed up for laser tag after having a drink or two at the bar (highly recommend bartender Kara). First time since moving to Texas actually had a bartender know what they are doing and not pouring straight gasoline in my drinks. Very pleased with reasonable amount of adult beverage and taste. Overall, I'd give this place 5 stars for the services and games it's offers as well as the staff and management. My Family and I will be back. read more

Main Event Frisco does not place value on basic customer service. The employees are kids, and to their credit they're not very smart nor exhibit any care for your patronage; it's expected. There was one bar tender, who was not very experienced and socially awkward, so a reasonable person would understand the need to be patient. However I waited to be served and for 25 minutes but I was never acknowledged, even though there were about 12 employees who would stroll into the bar and leave. One might think there's a company policy to not make eye contact with the customer. Also half of the games are not in service, open lanes are not available, the tables are sticky, and trying to place an order for food was the straw that broke the camels back. I left without spending a dime. This place is the definition of unacceptable. I tried to give money, but nobody cared enough to exchange service for currency. I'd give a negative star if I could, for wasting my time. There's no way anybody could convince me to return here. read more

My family and I came here the day before leaving Dallas. We had a lot of fun. Instantly greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. Every area is well allocated, there's the kiosks to buy credits, the bar, register, the arcade games, and the bowling area. We bought the card and added money for the arcade games -around two hours later, we went to the front to get in the waiting list for a bowling lane there was like 15 minutes wait. I did like their automated ordering process from the touchpad and that makes the process super easy (the payment was similarly easy as well). This place is amazing not just for kids but adults as well. We had our company's town hall where we were served with chicken wings and pizza. Both of them were amazing especially the Buffalo Chicken Wings. Staff was really friendly and ready to help everyone. Arcade games, bowling area and especially laser tag were awesome. This is kind of place where you can spend your entire evening with your gang with loads if fun. Laser tag game was amazing. Also there is bar as well where you can sip your favourite drink even cocktails as well and mostly have every type of beer. We went to main event tonight. The experience was horrible , bathrooms reeked of a weed smell. There were police officers present at the main event and I politely let them know and they didn't seem to bother too much. The bartender Samantha was absolutely amazing!!
