At Family Kitchen; great welcome and service by Jacob. He also prepares a good Margarita and caters to our granddaughters wishes of special Icee mixes. Great vibe and ambiance. Our granddaughters ages 9 & 6 are delighted. Food is mediocre but not bad. It is what you would expect at an arcade / bowling. The front desk folks are not good at explaining what the place is all about, but you can figure it out. Better experience thanks to Jacob and the team there.

We recently attended a Christmas Breakfast event at Main Event. I signed us up some my son's birthday was on the same day and figured it would be a good way for him to play since he didn't want a party. For the event & purchase of a ticket, they provided breakfast, cookie decorating, picture with Santa, "snowball" fight, plus game play and other activities. It was a fun event and ask the workers were great. I'd do it again if my kiddos wanted to.

Here to review this masterpiece of a dessert probably over 5,000 calories. It's a huge pile of junk mixed together but somehow my sweet tooth thought it was pretty good!

Well we know it's no D&B but can some upgraded games be added to this place. Was disappointed when I drove here to play bowling and it was rented out by a church , bummer. Lots of little kids work here, and they are just as confused as me on a hot day in winter. No coordination, no communication.

Came to Main Event for a work party and oh my goodness, it was a blast! The service was great and the food was delicious as well. I ordered the grilled buffalo chicken wrap and it was SO YUMMY!!! Also y'all, don't forget to order their AMAZING dessert! It had ice cream, brownies, cookies, sour strips, and donut holes, which is a little something for everyone! I also loved their laser tag arena and they kept it at a nice colder temperate as well in the area since you'll be moving around quite a bit! Would definitely come back here next time because it was so much Dunn

The artwork and animatronics are spot-on, really creative and entertaining. They are proud of their designs, and each location is a little bit different. It's an indoor course you play under UV lights for the "glow in the dark" effect. We find it one of the more affordable mini golf courses ($13/adult, $11/child/senior). It must also be very well-maintained, because we've been coming in for 5+ years now and I have never once thought, "Oh, this part here is getting worn down" or is dirty or needs to be replaced. The staff is friendly and genuinely want you to have a good time. We occasionally avail ourselves of the mini bowling and arcade (there are price packages if you want to play multiple things), but the mini golf is our jam. Can't remember last time I went to or saw an indoor mini golf place, but given that it was a bit warm that afternoon and it was October, indoor-monster-themed-mini-golf was the perfect mix. We really enjoyed the quick and simple layout of the course and more so, all the unique monster-themed paintings scattered throughout the course. Our little one had a great time and we did as well. After finishing the mini golf, we enjoyed their small arcade area and our son was able to get some cool monster-themed prizes with his tickets. I really liked the theme and how unique this place was, compared to the other kids places of this variety (Dave and Busters, Chuck E Cheese, etc). After our weekend in Frisco, Monster Mini golf was actually one of the highlights of the trip and the friendly staff made it all the better. If you're looking for a different, fun outing for you and the kids, go check out Monster Mini Golf.

The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. One of my favorite parts was the long walk of consoles where you can sit comfortably and play a wide variety of games--super relaxed, super fun, and great for hanging out instead of standing the whole time. It's $12 to play all day, which is such a steal, especially for how much there is to do. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. We got an appetizer two entrées and a dessert along with 2 90 minute unlimited gameplay cards. My wife and I had an amazing experience beginning with the service. Our waitress was very friendly did a very good job of explaining the package and made sure that we had a great experience throughout the night. For the appetizer, my wife and I ordered the pretzel dogs and I am not kidding when I say these are some of the best pretzel dogs that I've ever had. It was also accompanied by a cheese sauce that had a little bit of a kick with possibly some paprika mixed it. It was the perfect combo and it was a great bite, dipping the hotdog into the cheese sauce. This will definitely be on the rotation for when my wife and I come back to Dave & Buster's. For entrées, my wife ordered the sirloin steak and I ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak. For Dave and Busters not being a steakhouse, these steaks were very good and definitely over exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked and had very good seasoning and some very good flavor around it. I usually do not recommend ordering steaks outside of a steakhouse but my wife and I decided we were trying to be a little bit healthier, but and I would recommend the sirloin steak option if you're looking for something a little bit healthier at Dave & Buster's. The fries are very good and also very well seasoned. The steak also came with some frazzled onions. They were also very good and having a bite with the steak the frazzled onions and some fries was what's wrong Luca a tasty bite. To close out our dinner, my wife and I ordered the brownie sundae and it was a slam dunk and capped off a perfect rotation for our dual meal. The brownies were not too rich, and that ice cream was very good and it was the perfect combination. The restaurant had a great atmosphere over overall and after our dinner, we went ahead and took advantage of unlimited play for an hour and a half and I was reminded of my childhood and how much fun I had at Dave & Buster's and was glad that my wife recommended doing this as a date night suggestion for Valentines. Especially for a Friday night it was not overly crowded. We did not have to wait to play any of the games that we wanted Luca Luca, and they had a greatest assortment of different types of games to play they kept that's very entertained for the whole hour and a half. This was a great experience. The food was delicious. The gameplay was a lot of fun and felt for $100 that this was extremely great value will definitely look at coming back to Dave & Buster's for future date night occasions and taking up some of the other different dining and gaming options.
