Thursday, October 23, 2025, I went to the drive thru to drop off a package at Mail Pro in Owens Cross Roads. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came out. A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro. read more

If needing a quick stop it is ok. I went in to mail Christmas post cards in December, asking for post card stamps. Didn't realize until after I left I was sold stamps for envelopes. Was recovering from being sick (wasn't in full mind) and wondered why it was so expensive to mail 40 postcards! They need to teach their employees the difference. I did ask twice read more

Linda did a fantastic job packing and shipping an extra large and fragile gift. She made sure the item was packed upright and marked the box accordingly so that the box would be properly opened and for the recipient would easily find the card. During this busy holiday season, I could go anywhere to ship items, Linda reduced my stress and helped me surprise the recipient. Thank you Linda for a job well done! read more

I had difficulty printing a pdf - they were able to print it right away and have it waiting for me to pick up.

The new owners are focused on community and friendliness. They asked what other services they could help out.

Refuses to give proof that packages were received. Claims due to COVID. I've normally never asked for such a receipt but have had multiple packages show as never received and had to refund several of my customers. Owner argued with me, told me she "wasn't born yesterday." And told me to "take your packages elsewhere if you think We are going to steal them." Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service. Poor package handling. Will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My husband and I have given this location a lot of business mainly because of the convenience but after the interaction that I had last week, I am perfectly willing to drive the extra 20 minutes to give my business to a different shipping company. read more

I was in a jam with a file format that was not working. My iMac (Apple computer) was not able to convert to a pdf format, so I converted to MS/Word and sent to MailPro and they converted to a pdf and adjusted the margins so my Christmas Letter printed out nicely. Well, over 1 month later and no phone call from the owner that was on vacation! Must have been a long trip... Even if they don't feel they should reimburse me for the GUARANTEED delivery that was not delivered, the owner could have had the courtesy to call and tell me so. No customer service! read more

The negative way that you answered my complaint reflects the attitude I dealt with yesterday in your store. Most respectable businesses try to correct the problem or apologize. They do not retaliate. read more

Great little store, and currently under new Ownership (although Michael, the previous owner, was GREAT, as well!) A great place to drop off items to be shipped (or that are already labelled and ready to be shipped out.) They can handle UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc... They also have mailboxes that you can Rent, if you need an address for your business. I have rented a mailbox here for about 2 years now, and they accept all my incoming and outgoing packages, and they even box/package items for me to ship out (if I don't have the right size box at home.) That's extremely handy for someone like me that travels a lot... I like knowing that all my packages are secure when they arrive there, and not sitting at home on my front porch (should I be out of town.) They also text/email me when I have a package come in, and I LOVE that service!.. No more sitting and wondering if I have any packages, and no making an unnecessary trip down to check my mailbox there. I've also used them for Faxing documents, on the rare occasion that I need to send a Fax. Either way, whether you are using them for just shipping an occasional item, or you are planning to rent a mailbox there to have a business address.... I highly recommend them! read more

My main problem with these guys is hours. They say 5:00, but if you get there right at 5 they are locked up & gone! And when people get off work at 5, you are just out of luck. read more

They are always very friendly and helpful. Helped me print copies for my son's project in whatever size and color/black and white I need for cheap! Also very helpful when shipping. Let you know the cheapest route and help packing the proper way so you don't have to worry. read more

Tried to charge me 45.00 for a 13 pound box. Said that was "the cheapest rate available". I left with my package and went to a UPS affiliate store ....the charge was 13.87. Mailpro is a total ripoff and I suggest finding another place to ship. read more

This company has always provided a great service when I have used them. I would recommend them if you need anything packed into mailing boxes and the overnight services. read more
