Dealing with car repairs after an accident is always a headache and incredibly stressful, but the…read moreteam at Hollister Collision took the stress out of the situation. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was top-tier. What impressed me most was how they handled the communication. They took total control of the coordination with my insurance company, saving me hours of back-and-forth phone calls. They kept both myself and the insurance adjuster updated every step of the way, so I never had to guess what was happening with my vehicle. The repairs were finished right on time, and my car looks brand new--you would never even know it was in an accident. If you want a shop that combines flawless craftsmanship with proactive, professional communication, look no further. I cannot recommend them enough!

When I eventually called the office to ask why no one had contacted me, I was told they had already spoken with my insurance company and were about to call me. However, after contacting AAA myself, I learned that they were still waiting to hear from the mechanic. It became clear that the business had never actually followed up with my insurance as I had been led to believe. I ultimately had to get involved myself and be placed on a three-way call so that AAA could reach out directly and get the communication moving. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. If I have to repeatedly contact the business, contact my insurance myself, and coordinate communication between the two just to get basic information and service moving forward, then I have to question why I'm using the business in the first place. Customers shouldn't have to do all the legwork just to get a business to communicate with their insurance and follow up on their vehicle.
