I went in and stood in line. There were a few people ahead of me so it wasn't too busy. There were 2 women working- one was doing the food and the other was the cashier. As I was standing in line I noticed there were flies in the hot food- however, the chicharron was in its own case that was enclosed and I made sure no flies were in there. When it was my turn the woman who was doing the food didn't even want to acknowledge me. I had to tell the cashier that I wanted one lb of chicharron, then she literally told the food lady right next to her what I wanted. I paid almost $20.00 for one lb of chicharron but the worst part is that food woman didn't even cut it up for me! I literally came home with a slab that I have to cut up myself, all good though. I had to inspect the pork throughly anyways to make sure there were no fly eggs. I absolutely don't recommend this place. Bad service and flies in the hot food area.

I get that pork belly is more expensive but wish it was only pork belly. The bento came with rice send Furikake, kamaboko 1 steamed mandoo , Taegu, 1 small piece of broccoli, 2 sticks of takuan, japchae and a Partridge in a pear tree (jk). Husband got a free spring roll too. Not sure if they sell it or if they just hand it out as " saahvice" Overall a great store with lots of take out options and friendly service. When we entered, one employee was wiping down the refrigerator doors while another was seated behind the counter. Unfortunately, we weren't greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. We browsed the store, which had a good selection of Filipino products, and I decided to purchase the onion and chive SkyFlakes crackers along with two banana lumpia. The male employee rang up the crackers and then spoke to the female employee in another language regarding the lumpia. I assumed everything was included in one transaction, but when I walked over to her, I realized I needed to pay separately. When she began putting both lumpia together in foil, I politely asked if they could be wrapped separately. Her reaction made me feel as though my request was an inconvenience. Overall, the transaction itself was fine, but the customer service could be more welcoming. A simple greeting and clearer communication would make a big difference. I also think that when discussing a customer's order, communicating in a language the customer understands would help avoid confusion and make the interaction feel more inclusive.

They have snacks, drinks, frozen food, eggs, canned goods, some dry goods, soap, and hair care. The majority of the items are geared toward Filipino goods, hence the name Little Manila Market. I love that we have a convenience store like this here. My daughter has been passing by with her friends to grab snacks after school. I was able to grab things for dinner, which made it really convenient. Overall, it's exactly what this neighborhood needed. Can't wait to see what else they will bring to this place.

They have been in Kapolei for many, many years and is posted on the right side before entering K-Mart's doors. When I used to work in the Campbell Industrial Park area, This place was one of my quick stops before heading out to work. I recently stopped by here to grab a bag before shopping at Kmart. I haven't been here in years, actually it's been about a decade. But the ladies that work here are still nice and friendly as I remembered them. They serve 3 different types of Lumpias. 1) Shanghai 2) Pork w/ Veggies 3) Banana They're all ono delicious! You can also mix match or buy individually. I noticed that their $5 price tag for a bag of 6 pieces has risen by just a quarter. It's still a great deal! They have a few more food items other than lumpia on their menu. There's also Pancit. Then there's desserts such as Butter or Coconut Mochi and Bodbod! After all these years of selling lumpias out of their little food stand I must say that I'm pretty impressed that they are still here and in business for all those years even though there's Little Caesars and Wendy's in the vicinity.

I miss coming to this spot with family to get plate lunches when we lived down in waianae, but since we haven't been to this location in a while we finally made the attempt yesterday from Kapolei to come down to Maili. I'm happy we did because the pastele plates we got was 1/1 mild and spicy with Mac salad and 2 scoop rice. The meat was tender and savory giving you the correct amount of flavor with seasoning and balance. You can tell they put the heart into making these. Although there are many variations to Pasteles this one is my favorite. The Mac salad is good also better than other places I've tried. The opihi I also brought and added my own sauce to it with and enjoyed it with their Hawaiian Style (Inamona) poke on the side. My only recommendation is the panadeja was more of a pulled pork look and of course that's what it is but I was looking for more of a stew consistency of which it was not. Now don't get me wrong the flavor wasn't lacking and was juicy but it was just shredded pork inside and you can see couple of black olives that's it. I will still purchase them but a slight upgrade would be nice to those, just my opinion.
