Just bad service here. One of the problems with the owner (Billy) is his obvious resentment and…read moredisrespect (for whatever reason) of women. He was rude and angry with my fiancé whenever she went in to the store, and then when I went in he was pleasant and friendly. Whenever we came in together he looked right through her, basically acting like she was invisible. Another problem is if you are 1 week late on the monthly bill you will pay 66.6% late fee. ($10 on a $15 monthly payment). Even when you have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. Occasionally we would be a little bit late but would always pay within a week of due date. I am retired and on a fixed income receiving a small pension each month. My fiancé is disabled and is also paid monthly. We both receive our checks on the 1st of each month so tried to be billed at the first week of the month but the owner was not willing to work with us to do that. The only option was in the middle of the month. The final straw was today when we went in to get our mail and he informed us that he gave our box to someone else, and that all our mail was going to be "returned to sender". He also claimed that he left messages warning us that our box would be shut down, this is absolutely a lie because I listened to his messages and none said anything about that. Needless to say after a year and a half we were ready to give our business to someone else anyway, so it was not a bad thing that it happened. We gave this business many chances, but we can only take so much negativity and bad service. It is a shame because it was the most convenient location for us, but it will be worth driving out of our way to receive some good service for a change. RLJ

There was a hiccup with the English translation on the address and district code but initially no one knew why the hiccup on the program not allowing it to generate a shipment label but no one was willing to go the extra mile at other mail facilities to help me figure out the root cause other than to rudely and abruptly turn me away. One person at the regular post office outrightly refused to wait on me when she saw me holding a box with a label indicating cremated material. The 2nd postal office's postmaster offered reluctantly to get back but never did. I was mildly annoyed to say the least. The staffs I ran into at the mail station were so helpful no matter how backed up they were. In two different instance when Phil and Kim helped me, they treated me with utmost dignity and respect. I found what the problem may be and decided to go back to the mail station given how nice Phil was the first time. Kim helped me the second time. She was also beyond kind and patient and the transaction went through smoothly after the address was corrected. I didn't care if I had to spend a bit more knowing I can trust them and rely on them to do the job without giving me more grief like the ones at the postal services nearby. If you have fedex and mailing needs, Phil and Kim are the best. I was so relieved after going to them. It was not that much more in cost. It's so worth it!
