Point I'm always greeted with a genuine smile when I enter unless they're overcrowded which isn't often. That's not to be confused with them not being busy because it's always busy but they get you in and out in a jiffy which is awesome sauce I had to get another passport because mines expired and I was only getting information. I was told I could go online to print out the application and the cost for it and the photo. As I'm writing it down I get ready to go... I'm handed some papers and it was the passport application I was happy lol but really I was because that was extremely thoughtful. I didn't have to ask which was so I returned the very next day (today) to send my passport application. This among other reasons is why I love coming here. You should make this the place your go to for all your postal needs. Trust me you won't regret it! #ExpeditedService

SO glad to have this option so close to home. A real blessing. Thanks much!

The new owners have cut down the hours; whether that's due to COVID19 or a new policy remains to be seen. Joe stayed open until 8 pm on weeknights, which as everyone knows, is the correct framework for sending business mail & packages late, eg 5-8 pm. The new owners are closing at 6 pm, which does not work for business guys like me. But we'll see

I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed. Thank you.

The founder and former owner, Mr. Gallagher, was a positive example of good, decent small business…read moreentrepreneurs. In addition to a constant lively string of business flowing in and out, you could feel the good vibes in there, from kind people who created and maintained a strong, upstanding establishment. I was loyal to this place for many years because of how they ran things. Unfortunately the new owner does not run things the same way. This review is based on multiple negative experiences over several years. We kept going back, hoping things would turn around when the new owner got the hang of things... but things only got worse. HIGHER PRICES (ABOVE ONLINE UPS RATES) I understand that, with new ownership, they had to change over to the computerized systems with UPS, etc. which inflated prices. But on top of that, I am somehow charged MORE than UPS's online quote. Bobby, the new owner, told me to call him ahead and give my weight and dimensions to get his price, which, on the phone, matches what UPS shows online. I did that multiple times. But then the price changes when you get to Media Pack & Ship. When I've called, I overestimate all dimensions by 2" and weight by 2lbs, and somehow, when I watch him enter LOWER weights and SMALLER dimensions into his computer, he still charges me more than he quotes me on the phone for bigger, heavier packages. He doesn't even apologize or acknowledge that he charged me more. I have even pointed this out to him, saying, "That's not what you told me on the phone," but he doesn't really care. He got me to make the trip with the package and he would rather scam a couple bucks than be honest and good for his word. Really dishonest. RANDOMLY CLOSE STORE (DURING NORMAL HOURS) We all have seen the "Back in a few minutes" sign. I have seen it on the door of this place about 30% of the times I go. Sadly, there is really never anyone in this place except for Bobby. I think all of Mr. Gallagher's other customers have found another pack and ship (and I am out of the loop). So without any customers, I guess Bobby goes off and takes breaks? Dunno. The worst was when I called ahead to get price as usual and told him I'd be there shortly. When I get there, the sign is up. Really? A customer (one of very few) tells you they'll be there soon and you decide it's time to go take a break? BOTTOM LINE It's a shame that the business Mr. Gallagher worked so hard to create has gone so far south. After many negative trips, we will not be back. Doubt this owner cares.
