I think some of the people might mistake the emphasis on clarity and precision for lack of friendliness. Then again, maybe he doesn't suffer fools and I just barely snuck under his fool radar. I called because I wanted help amending a return. He talked to me for about 5-10 minutes, gave me some informal guidance on how I might be able to arrive at a solution without forking out a bunch of money, and said to come in if I ran into trouble I couldn't solve myself. Mike is a true professional that went above and beyond to get the job done. We had a difficult…read moresituation due to time constraints and needed to serve 2 individuals. Both individuals had very erratic schedules that made them difficult to track down and we only had 2 days to serve them since the initial order was given to the sheriffs department to serve and the sheriffs department took 2 weeks but were unsuccessful. Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price. That same evening he was already successful at serving one of the individuals and by Thursday night he was able to serve the second person in the middle of the night who was being very difficult. We are truly grateful for what Mike has done and will highly recommend him to everyone we know if they are in need of a process server. If I ever need this service again I will go directly to Mike and gladly pay for his services rather than wait for the sheriffs even though they are a free service.
