The sales are misleading. Promises one thing to get customers engaged and signed contract, and then later the services that were promised were not there. The SEO is not existing. The prices are so high and the SEO and AI rankings are not present. The SEO plummeted dramatically after starting with their company. We really need to look into other company to help us with SEO. Communication with the team is poor. Once the person who we regularly communicated with could not address the concern, they threw it in for another account manager/representative. Website editing is difficult to implement. Takes 3-5 business days for simple changes. We regret to ever use this company. We believe this mindset of deceitful will not take business far anywhere. They should be more truthful and accommodating to customers. Also there is none or very few companies that require such 12 month contracts. We would like to warn other to not fall into the traps that we have done.

I was fortunate to find this great business when the person building my website up and quit right…read morein the middle of it's development. I did a search and came across this business. After speaking to the owner Jeune, I could tell right away this was going to be a good match. When I went in for the initial consultation I was sold! Jeune took me into her office and I explained to her my situation with the current web designer abruptly quitting after only doing one third of the work. Jeune has a very comfortable office with a large conference table and huge flat screen so we could both look at my site and see what work needed to be done and how to complete the site. Her prices are more than reasonable and I agreed to have her finish the started project. They were able to salvage the work already started and finish it off in the way I wanted and they gave me advice on the presentation of my site to give it a more user friendly feel to it. They completed the project in the time agreed upon and the site has been flawless since they put it up. If I ever had any changes, they are so quick to make the requested changes and they respond immediately to all email/phone contact. Although I've been working with them for more than a few years now, I am just now writing this review because I was recently in their office about another website I have, and again, built by another web designer. This website I had built before I discovered Future-Ink but I've been having problems with the person who designed it and I wanted to make some changes... so again, I went to Jeune and not only can she do the changes to the other website (and much cheaper than the person who designed it was going to charge) but she also made suggestions about other upgrades I should do to the site. She is very intuitive about your needs and it's more than just doing what you ask for... she will make suggestions that you haven't even thought of. I am likely going to create another website and this time I will use Future-Ink from the very beginning to build the next site when I'm ready. Everyone at Future-Ink is very friendly and extremely helpful. Amy was someone I was in contact almost constantly during the development of the first website I came to them about and she so pleasant. There is a gentleman who works there and does most of the programming and I apologize for not remembering his name but he too is super nice and great to work with. I did a lot of checking with other sites and found their prices are more than competitive. I found similar sites to the ones I wanted designed and called the companies that designed them. These were first class websites and they also come with exorbitant prices! Yet Future-Ink will do the exact same work for for much less. I don't know how many website I will need in the future but I couldn't imagine taking my business anywhere else. They do FIRST CLASS work and have a very personal approach with their customers.
