After speaking to the owner Jeune, I could tell right away this was going to be a good match. When I went in for the initial consultation I was sold! Jeune took me into her office and I explained to her my situation with the current web designer abruptly quitting after only doing one third of the work. Jeune has a very comfortable office with a large conference table and huge flat screen so we could both look at my site and see what work needed to be done and how to complete the site. Her prices are more than reasonable and I agreed to have her finish the started project. They were able to salvage the work already started and finish it off in the way I wanted and they gave me advice on the presentation of my site to give it a more user friendly feel to it. They completed the project in the time agreed upon and the site has been flawless since they put it up. If I ever had any changes, they are so quick to make the requested changes and they respond immediately to all email/phone contact. Although I've been working with them for more than a few years now, I am just now writing this review because I was recently in their office about another website I have, and again, built by another web designer. This website I had built before I discovered Future-Ink but I've been having problems with the person who designed it and I wanted to make some changes... so again, I went to Jeune and not only can she do the changes to the other website (and much cheaper than the person who designed it was going to charge) but she also made suggestions about other upgrades I should do to the site.
