Rude staff is an understatement. The place is small and so cluttered with boxes it's a tripping hazard and difficult to access. They do not provide any procedural information in their contract so i was shocked to find my packages are simply left on the floor along with all the other boxes and junk. So it was no surprise when they signed for my new watch but then lost it and never accepted their responsibility for the loss. Never even apologized. As other people have noted, the man was even smug about it. Save yourself time and go to mountsinside a little farther west on the same street. read more

Outstanding service & support was my experience. I needed help packing & shipping an entire suitcase full of items (80lbs of stuff it turns out) we bought from local businesses over the last week. The lady at the store was amazing...she packed up my entire shipment home into 2 boxes with special care & both arrived 3 days later fully intact with none of the fragile ceramic or glass items broken. Greeted upon entry not with words of can I help you but by a man saying nothing yet mocking my confused expression as I tried to figure out where exactly the service counter was and looked for a FedEx sign since I had to overnight an envelope via FedEx. This was an important document so after a brief discussion with this man I left and went to a different FedEx store. I will never set foot in this place again. read more

Very slow, ineffective, and unprofessional typical local business. The old lay sent a fax for me and said it failed 3 times and I had to wait for 30 min in cold weather because she refused to close the door, AND you must wear a mask inside her store. I went to the store near Walmart and the fax was sent in a second without any problem. DO NOT go there. I should put zero start but there is no selection. read more

I went to this location on December 7 as a box containing all of my daughter's life-saving insulin as a type 1 diabetic and supplies unexpectedly and accidentally came to our home in Sequim. I first called to see if this service (Mail Boxes Too) could get said box to my daughter in the Kenmore/Bothell area overnight. The man who answered the phone said no problem, bring the box in and we will take care of it. When I arrived there in person I very thoroughly explained what was in the box (and showed him personally, as I had already opened the box) and said it was IMPERATIVE that it arrive to my daughter ASAP due to the necessary of her needing the insulin. He again said "no problem, we will take care of everything." I paid a total of $83.00 to have this box delivered in the manner intended. On December 8 I called Mail Boxes Too to see if they knew of a time that this box would be delivered to my daughter's address in Kenmore/Bothell. The woman said she would check and call me back. When she called back a few minutes later, she said she had "screwed up" and that the box had not gone Fed-X as was intended, but instead had gone UPS, and as such there was no way of knowing what time the box would arrive. Because of this woman's "screw-up," my daughter had to cancel a naturopath appointment at the last minute, as this box supposedly had to be signed for. The woman (who I believe might be the owner) seemed to feel that an apology would suffice in causing all of us a lot of stress and anxiety. They did refund my money, as they should have, but I will NEVER do business with this company again. It is my feeling that after having thoroughly explained the importance of this box arriving exactly as I had told them I needed it to, they were negligent in performing a fairly simple task. read more

I am in the area for only a few days and needed to ship a package to a client in the Midwest. I explained the urgency of the package and she seemed to be very helpful. A day later the package arrived back on my doorstep because it appears she didn't even put the label on it but just threw it back in the mail. On top of that she wouldn't provide me with a tracking number. Over all, I'm very displeased with how it was handled. No alternate methods to contact her and correct it. I needed this shipped before Christmas but due to a mistake like this I'll have to wait even longer and needless to say I have a very unhappy client. The whole business seemed very dated and using old equipment. I will not be using this shipping service again and will not recommend anyone else use it. read more
