A lowes product that must have been measured by midgets. Brought it home cut it to put doggie door in. And the door was 4 inches to short. So I had to eat the cost. So I ordered one again. Purchased on line this time FOR PICK UP. I get there and they bring me out the same damn door as the first one. Oh no, we measured and showed them it was not 80 inches. Got no help, but a cancelation of the door. Went immediately to home depot, got knowledgeable worker and much care and got the door measured in front of me to make sure. I was so pleased. My new store. As I will never shop at Lowe's again. Ps. When we asked lowes to measure the 2nd door, no one had a tape measure. Really????what a joke.

They also carry some farm-adjacent clothing, specialty grocery items, lawn art, and garden decor. Every time I'm in here, I wish I lived on a farm! Speaking of their clothing section, don't miss their sale rack, which is always full of good deals in mostly men's (but some women's) clothing, including stalwart brands like Carhartt. You literally CANNOT choose not to participate in their begging game. I refused to hit the 'no' button last time and the cashier insisted it had to be me to opt out of the donation. I pushed her on that and she eventually hit the 'no' button herself. How weird is that? I choose which charities I donate to and don't appreciate having that shoved down my throat. She told me their computers lock up until a choice is made, which sounds like a program problem on their end, not my problem. I just want to pay for the stuff I am buying. End of story. Finally, discouraged they have no riding mowers in stock, only push mowers. I try to avoid big box stores but away I go. It's spring and the grass is growing. Guess they lost a $3K sale. I placed an order specifically because the website offered next-day delivery. That delivery commitment was a significant factor in my decision to purchase from Home Depot. After placing the order and receiving a confirmation email, I reasonably expected Home Depot would fulfill the delivery service that was advertised and accepted at checkout. Instead, I later received a phone call informing me that the order could not be delivered until several days later. At no point during the ordering process was I informed that the advertised delivery date was not actually available. Had I known the true delivery timeline, I would have made different arrangements or purchased elsewhere. What was even more disappointing than the delay itself was the apparent lack of concern regarding the situation. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience, and no sense that Home Depot understood why a customer would be frustrated after placing an order based on a delivery promise that could not be honored. This is not simply a matter of a delayed order. It is a matter of advertising and accepting orders based on delivery commitments that apparently cannot be fulfilled. Customers plan projects, schedules, and personal time around those commitments. When the promised delivery date is not realistic, it should not be presented as available during checkout. After being informed that the order would not arrive as promised, I chose to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the interaction left me with the impression that the cancellation was treated as routine rather than as the result of a failed customer experience. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect deliveries. What is difficult to accept is presenting delivery dates that cannot be met and then acting as though the resulting frustration is unreasonable. I hope Home Depot takes a closer look at how delivery dates are presented to customers and how these situations are handled when expectations are not met.

Anywho... we initially purchased bare necessities for our newest furry family member and as we were checking out, the awesome staff went above and beyond. Not only did she steer us to a few more must haves at affordable prices, she share tips and tricks from her perosnal experience as a bunny owner, she shared websites for additional supplies, and even confirmed the gender of our baby bunny! She pulled in another staff member to confirm too! Side note, aside from supplies for animals of all sorts - they had baby chicks in! Loved to see they were collecting warm clothes donations and giving back to the community in this way as well. Great store, great people working there, just all around great!

They have a great selection and they come to you to see if you need assistance. Some items they may have to order but it is worth it. They will even cut the composit decking boards for you.
