The office was clean and every where you looked the employees looked like they loved their jobs. They have two really cool arcade machines in the waiting room and yes I believe two of them were PAC man... who doesn't love that! We were called to the back and when we met Dr. Huie the super friendliness continued, he made my son feel comfortable and he focused on our concerns. We have found a fabulous pediatric dentist and we are grateful that we found him. He came highly recommended and he was great. What a great friendly and professional practice.

My little one loved watching super mario before we went back. The dental assistant: she was so nice and talked directly to my 2 year old! He felt important and it was so adorable. The dental room: wow the first I've ever seen like this! I loved it! It didn't feel so medical and scary, for the kiddos. There was a bean bag chair, toys, and a comfy chair for the parent. I got a recommendation from fellow Mom friends and tried Sparkle. The team there is super welcoming, went above and beyond to accommodate my son, myself and the other children I had with me. Her treatment plan described was honest, as if she was her own son. We went ahead with treatment - which included pulling four teeth, and have had nothing but the best results and support. Dr. Lewis explained treatment, how the surgery would happen, and what could be expected afterwards. My son did really well, was comforted, and Dr. Lewis checked on him the next day to make sure he was healing properly and that he was feeling well. That to me, put her at the top of the list. My son healed beautifully and LOVES Dr. Lewis. He wasn't fond of the dentist because of previous treatments from said dentistry but he enjoys going back to Dr. Lewis after everything he's gone through. I had a 2 year old and newborn son. They allowed me to bring them both and helped me the whole time take care of my boys. As my family grew and I became pregnant again, they treated me like family. They always allow me to make appointments for all three of my son's and myself at the same time. Sue, the hygienist, is literally the best in the business. She is so friendly and sweet and remembers everything about my family. Dr. Contract is so amazing. When my oldest son was 5, he needed some extensive dental work. She recommended a pediatric dentist but that person wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of work in a hospital setting. I went back to Dr. Contract and she did the work in her office for a fraction of the cost...under $100. She made my 5 year old feel like he was just having his teeth cleaned. He had to have a root canal and he doesn't remember any of it (he's 10 now). He has NO anxiety from the experience and adores her. I have recommended this practice to everyone I meet. Dr. Contract has come in on weekends and holidays to help some family and friends with dental emergencies. She takes pride in her profession and really cares about the patients. I will never go to another dentist a long as Williamsburg Smiles exists. The staff are amazing and truly care about each of their patients.

First- if you have multiple children be prepared for them to treat every single one of them as an…read moreindividual. Book more than one appointment at the same day and time, you will get calls and texts, repeatedly, to remind of appointment and to get the insurance details. One text and call would suffice but there is no brain behind the process. Second- Children will not be seen by the same tech nor even in the same vicinity. Disturbed? I was. I'm not talking grown children, I'm talking 4 and 5 year old children. This is the first time this happened but WTH is wrong with the people scheduling these appointments. Third- this is the most deranged in my opinion. Now your two children are separated, if you're standing with your 4 year old be prepared for a dentist to talk and treat your 5 year old child without you speaking to them. No introduction, nothing. Yes, you read that right! A grown person who went to a medical school, talked to a 5 year old without any interaction with the parent prior to touching them. This is the wildest thing you can't even make up! Fourth- Inconsistent information. One tech says don't have your child brush for 6 hours after fluoride. One tech says nothing. My child was walking herself down the hall and all finished up. This place is not good. Granted most of this stems from having children being seen in two different spaces but who is in charge here?! My opinion is this place is not worth your time, energy, patience, money, like there is no reason to partake in the services from this place.
