The promise of cleaning was that they would do a deep clean, but they didn't. They just wiped the surface everywhere. I even had to clean the bathrooms myself and remove some ants that were in the pantry, which they were supposed to do. I found the people through this website, and a lady who pretended to be American called me. When I tried to call her to tell her about the terrible job these girls did, she didn't answer. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was when it was time to pay, and I only had a hundred-dollar bill. I didn't have any more cash, and the girl told me she wasn't going to leave the apartment until I gave her the three dollars that were missing because it was a raffle, and I had extra. I asked for deep cleaning after the renovation. They did light cleaning. They didn't even remove paint stains from tile and countertop. Which is normal for after the renovation cleaning. Windows are left with streaks. The quality of service is not satisfying. read more

I scheduled a deep clean, for a two bedroom two bath and I was quoted $155. I made so so clear that the main bathroom was the reason for the deep clean, I also said they didn't need to clean one of the two bedrooms. After I had paid (she told me in person it was $165 not $155 AND I had them clean one less room...wut) and they left, I went to check on the bathroom. I honestly would have done a much better job myself. They quoted two hours, and rushed out after. I never thought to check before paying since a deep clean is pretty clear description and we had discussed it in depth.... I immediately called and asked them to come back, said she couldn't but would get back to me next week with a time. When i asked for a refund based on my paying for a deep clean and receiving less than a standard clean... she refused. read more

Deep cleaning requested.The Cleaner was in residence for 1 hrs and 50 minutes. Rushed as though it was a race and was 3 1/2 hrs late. She did a ridiculously poor job. The floors and mirrors were badly streaked. But most shocking of all is the quote was $120 and raised to $150, that is roughly $80 dollars an hr....unbelievable. After a scheduling snafu (day after Christmas, no one showed, even though we scheduled with them), we decided to try their services again. Scheduling snafus do happen, especially around the holidays, which was disappointing for us --- but I'm glad we gave them another shot! this time around we scheduled the cleaning arrival to occur between 3:30 PM and 4 PM, and they were punctual! They actually showed up at 3:27 PM (or at least they were getting supplies from the car when I showed up at my home at 3:27 PM!). Sarah, Jamie, and Nancy were all friendly and started with the bathrooms. I have to say, I think I'm most impressed with how they clean the bathrooms. One of our bathrooms had hard water spots/calcification on the glass, and they managed to clean that off! The floors looked spotless as well. They did a great job in the kitchen --- I don't remember our microwave looking that clean before, and it was nice that the exterior of our cabinets were all clean, as well! It looks like they take care of dishes in the sink, as I had forgotten to do a couple of dishes and they magically were clean :) They are overall pretty detail-oriented --- they cleaned the shutters too!) although they did miss a couple of spots (not sure if they typically do this...but for example, they could clean the mirror on the inside of the medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, clean out the oven, or make the bed a little bit better). Honestly, Sarah seems pretty reasonable, so I know that if we requested that in future cleanings, they would be able to sort it out with us. Prices are reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten and overall, it's definitely something that I would consider having on a regular basis. Sarah is great and she charged us for two hours, even though they stayed maybe 2 hours and 15 minutes or so. It's so nice to have all the floors cleaned as well --- not just my usual sweep and casual swiffer sort of cleaning! My husband and I are having a kiddo in a couple of days, so we are so relieved that our house is clean--Thanks to Sarah and her team! read more

Hired them for cleaning our new house, and we were not satisfied with the level of service they provided. We had couple issues: [ 1. ] The cleaners were in sooo hurry that they left kitchen appliances with dirt on them. They superficially cleant the house, and in couple hours they were done with a 3 story 2 bed 3 bath 1400 sq ft house. [ 2. ] The cleaning liquid were not of a good quality and proper disinfectants, they were normal cleaning liquids which we did not expect from a 400$ service. [ 3. ] Windows are generally higher than normal person's being so I would expect them to use stool ( which we had given to them ), but they swiftly moved their wipes over the lower side of the windows. Since the on going COVID scare right now, we were unable to monitor them by being next to them, so I was hoping that they would do proper cleaning voluntarily. read more

I contacted them because I needed an appointment soon. They were able to accommodate me and were reasonably priced, so I thought I'll give them a shot. However, they rescheduled for Frisay evening and I was still ok with it. But when they showed up for the appointment, the lady who I had spoken to on the phone suddenly seemed to increase the price than what was agreed upon previously. I was given a quote of $200 flat rate with an additional maximum of $50 if they thought there was more work needed on one of the bathrooms. I agreed to it, however, during the day of the appointment she said it was $250 + $70 additional when I had already mentioned to her that I don't want any surprises. So, heads-up, if you are getting a quote, please get the agreed upon price in writing. Then came the cleaning. There were two people who showed up, a man and a lady. It was difficult to communicate with them as they didn't speak English. She seemed to do most of the cleaning while the man simply was dusting and doing minimal work. They also barely used the vacuum cleaner. I had to repeatedly ask them to use it. And when I asked him to get the dust on the floor underneath the drawers, the lady seemed to get really mad. And the cleaning was very superficial, they didn't use any good cleaning agents, especially in the kitchen. They didn't clean the microwave or wipe the top of the coffee and dining tables. They left before I could do a full inspection of the house, I'm not even sure they cleaned the floor near the entrance. I've had professional cleaning done before and this was nowhere near professional. If this was the first thorough cleaning, I cannot imagine what the subsequent cleanings will look like. I could have done a better job myself. I don't think I'll be working with them again. read more

I never thought I'd have to hire a cleaning service but desperate times call for desperate measures. I had family coming over from out of the country and I volunteered for them to stay at my place. I had a garage that was converted into a little studio so I thought why not.
