She was so thorough on my home, she did every nook and cranny that even I hadn't ever noticed before. Normally other companies will have 3-4 cleaners but they don't even do as good a job as Aidee did for my home. She started at 8 and finished at 5, which meant she took her time on my home and I appreciated that a lot!! She even wiped down the outside balcony railings for me. I can't even tell you, my home smelled soooo fresh and SOOO good after she left, it makes me wish I could move back into my home afterwards. Even my husband thought it was the best job he's ever seen. She even steamed the carpet for our home, the carpet has never looked nicer. I couldn't even recommend her enough, she is the best cleaner you can hire!!! Trust me. I'd rate her a 10 stars if I could. Pricing was only $580 for a 4 bed 4 bath home , she even wiped down my garage door for me and my fridge used to have stickers on there from the previous tenants children and she cleaned it ALL off and removed all the sticker residue , the fridge literally looks brand new . I am so amazed by her work, she literally is the best! She even hand washed all my lights for me , cleaned and wiped down my ac unit . With a nice cute touch she made my toilet paper rolls into little roses . She truly is amazing

Lack of professionalism and work ethics!…read more Mia and her co-worker were running late. So i called to confirm they are on their way and/or to make sure they were able to find the place. She did not answer the phone. I called again 5-10min later, she picked up the phone and I asked to confirm all the above, and she spoke in a way like it was normal that she was 15-20min late (duh) and said they were unloading the stuff from the car. ok. They came in and the attitude began right away. Maybe it was because there was miscommunication between the 2 properties I was quoting with her about whether or not the place was fully vacant (I was in the process of moving), but hey, nowhere on their page does it say they don't work on non vacant properties. So I kinda tried to help out, move stuff around for their access, told them not to go into areas where they cannot access understanding the challenges. But the attitude was still there - from both of them, but coming more from her co-worker. Rolled her eyes when she opened the fridge... if the place was clean I would have not called you, would I? There were couple of spots I pointed out to Mia that weren't well cleaned, so she took care of it, and I was hoping that sends a message that i expect a more thorough job. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only. Even though they did "clean" the bathroom, the windows, as I had communicated and sent pictures of prior. Her receipt states "deep cleaning", the stains in the cabinetry prove that they were unprofessional, especially as they claim furniture was all that was asked of them.

I requested a cleaning for a 3bed 2 bath house. Let me first start by saying they did an excellent…read morejob cleaning the house, but if you want earth friendly cleaning solutions, you may have to ask for it. They used harsh chemicals, but cleaned my home very well. My concern falls under lack of communication and lack of consideration with delicate furnishings. I hired them for 3 visits because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time they damaged my son's comforter with a bleach ring. Looked like they placed a bottle on his bed and let it sit. Communication was like prying teeth as well. They were 1-2 short word answers when I asked for a time and specifics. Second time around, I called and texted to get a time of arrival and didn't get a response for 3 days. The day of arrival, they didn't show up on time. Instead I got a text at a later time that day claiming to have gotten into a car accident but could still show up. I was upset because I too have things to do and I felt this was BS because I was already noticing communication problems. I told her I was going to cancel services and not to worry about coming anymore and that's when she started texting more promptly. I hesitantly allowed the second visit and they did do a good job. Now the third visit, same thing. We had a scheduled time, but then messages me that she has to change the time. They show up and that was the last visit. I have expensive Lego sets and they dropped one accidentally. I also told her I did not want a certain part of the house cleaned and to leave it alone, but they still invaded that part of the house and picked up. They left and didn't say anything about the Legos. I messaged Jania and she said that she was not aware that one of the girls did that and they can come by and fix it. How are YOU going to fix a broken Lego set? I also told her that I specifically didn't want a certain part of the house cleaned. She said she told the girl, but doesn't know why she didn't listen. She apologized, but the lack of communication and owning up to the mistakes was my last straw. If you don't care about delicate furnishing's and don't mind being left on read for days, and have an open schedule then they are for you.

I hired GleamingLuxe to clean at my elderly parents' apartment, and unfortunately had two…read moresignificant issues. First, after the cleaning, several family photos and souvenir magnets that had been on the fridge for years were missing. When we raised this, the company's response was to say their cleaners didn't recall seeing or removing anything, and the conversation became more about disputing responsibility than resolving the issue. To be fair, they did return to search the apartment, and I appreciate that effort -- but the items never turned up, and we were left without any real explanation. These were irreplaceable family keepsakes, and losing them was genuinely upsetting. Second, about a week after the cleaning, I noticed several areas -- a shelf near a window with visible dust and debris still sitting on it, and a bathroom baseboard corner with grime buildup and hair still on the floor -- that hadn't actually been cleaned. Photos attached. These were exactly the hard-to-reach spots I'd hired help for in the first place, since my parents can't easily do them themselves.
