The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged…read moreover $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth. We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

Scrubbies has excellent customer service and provided a good clean…read more I hired them for a Deep Clean of an apartment I was moving into (that had not been cleaned before the previous owner moved out). I wanted a deep clean before I started moving all my stuff in, putting it in the cabinets, etc. Scrubbies gave me a competitive quote right away and were very responsive. I chose to go with them over the competitors. The service itself was great - the ladies cleaned my 1br for about an hour and a half, and left before I was back (with my permission). I got home and while parts of my apartment were clean, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and the baseboards had not been cleaned. I called Scrubbies, as they had requested feedback, and expressed my disappointment that perhaps I had a different expectation of "deep clean" than they did. They immediately said they wanted to rectify it and would come out the next morning to do so. Then the owner called me as well to apologize and said they would take care of it. Kendra came out the next morning and addressed everything I had asked about. I think perhaps what I expected originally was not on their "deep clean" list, and I may not have conveyed what I was looking for 100% clearly, so for them to then go above and beyond really made an impression. On top of that, everyone was nice and in high spirits whenever I talked to them, along with the crew that came to my apartment. Great service.
