There were one or two small misses like the dust left on top of the temperature case after dusting the vent. I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning service I received. It appeared that an excessive…read moreamount of time was spent in certain areas simply to exhaust the allotted hours. There is no reasonable explanation for spending nearly three hours cleaning three and a half bathrooms while leaving much of the rest of the home untouched. I believe your company expected a larger payout for a move-out cleaning, and because I chose the hourly option instead of the significantly higher flat-rate quote, the extended time spent in the bathrooms seemed like a tactic to justify minimal work elsewhere. I paid for four hours of service but received only the bathrooms cleaned, a partially cleaned kitchen, and one room vacuumed. This level of service did not reflect the value or professionalism I expected.

I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean...
