We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services.
