A Great Experience from Start to Finish!…read more We recently scheduled a deep cleaning for our three-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-story home, and I can confidently say the experience was worth every penny! For pricing reference, our total was $450+, including the additional weekend service fee. While pricing will naturally vary depending on the home and services requested, I felt the cost was reasonable for the quality and convenience provided. Michelle handled the scheduling and coordination, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Two ladies arrived for our scheduled 8:00 AM appointment at precisely 7:58 AM. Talk about punctuality! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially as I was still clearing a few personal belongings to give them better access to certain areas. What I appreciated most was their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of their work. They provided an estimated completion time and delivered right on schedule, if not slightly earlier. Coming home to a freshly deep-cleaned house was definitely the highlight of my weekend! We regularly maintain our home, but having professionals take care of the deeper cleaning makes such a difference. The entire experience, from booking to completion, was seamless, and I'm already considering monthly services. Overall, an easy 10/10! Excellent communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Michelle and her team absolutely delivered, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend them to others!

However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Happily changed my original rating of 3 stars to 5 stars and am looking forward to my next cleaning! ***** Let me start by saying that Karen did an excellent job - 5 Stars!!! However, I would give the office 1 to 2 Stars. I've used Maid in Orange off and on over the past 4 - 5 years and often recommend them to friends. For this particular visit, I booked one technician for three hours, with an arrival window of 2:00 - 5:00pm. Both the website and the reminder email make it VERY clear that this is an "arrival window" and not the actual hours that the technicians will be in your home. So, I planned my day around being home at 2:00. You can imagine my surprise when my teenage son called me at 1:25pm to tell me that someone was at the door to clean our house! For this particular visit, I did not want my entire house cleaned, I only wanted specific rooms/areas done. Because Karen arrived when I wasn't home (and because my son didn't know which areas of our home I wanted her to clean) she ended up cleaning and moving things that I didn't want her to touch. And thus, 15 minutes of the time that I paid for went to waste. Again, this was NOT Karen's fault, she said the office sent her. Honestly, I would have let this go and not written a review at all, however, I called the office at 1:30pm two days ago and still haven't received a call back. Also, in the past, I have always received reminder texts in the days leading up to my cleaning appointment and usually receive a text or call to let me know that the team is on the way....this time, I did not receive any of those texts. Perhaps there has been a change in ownership or office management??? I can recommend the Maid in Orange technicians but am disappointed with the customer service. When a customer calls your business to let you know that you've made a mistake, a returned call is the bare minimum.

We called a few days ago to book a cleaning and said we were looking for two cleaners. We were told…read moreit would be 1.5 hours for $150 ($50 per cleaner, per hour). The arrival window we were given was between 9-10 AM. Though we were told that we would be notified 30 minutes prior to the team's arrival, we didn't receive any texts. Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

This review is for a move out clean of a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home…read more I communicated with Mikhail throughout the booking process, who was overall professional and polite. He responded to messages quickly. I outlined what we needed for a move out clean and it seemed that we were in agreement. He never mentioned a time limit, but did mention multiple times that he wanted his team to make sure the team had enough time to complete the job and wouldn't be rushed. That made it seem to me like the job would be completed thoroughly and not just based on time. Mikhail sent two women to clean my home. They were polite. 4 hours after arrival, I was given a "15 minute" heads up. I came immediately but they were basically packed up and visibly ready to leave. I noticed immediately that the baseboards were still dirty, some walls had not even been wiped, the kitchen counter still had grime, top kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down, and the window blinds were still dirty. Mind you, the window sills had already been cleaned, most walls were cleaned and painted, and one shower had just been professionally cleaned that week. There was no furniture or anything in the house as it was a move out clean. It should have been thoroughly done. Unfortunately, as I brought this up to the cleaners, they kept saying "it's clean" and "we have to go." I was upset. I had to stay and clean the spots they missed. Mikhail told one woman to stay behind and "help", but they had already packed up their cleaning supplies and one woman had already left. It was so uncomfortable that I sent her home. If Mikhail had taken the time to communicate properly, I would have been willing to pay more than the standard $450 to get the job done right. I was fully prepared to pay significantly more to make sure the home was clean and ready for a new tenant. Instead, he capped the job by price instead of completing a thorough job, which just added to the stress of our move. I do think the women worked hard. Certain areas were well done. The job overall just was inconsistent and I was never informed that there was a strict 4 hour time limit. Mikhail tried to say it was a time estimate; however, the team was packed and ready to leave promptly 4 hours later. There was no flexibility whatsoever. I really wanted to like this company, but I simply cannot recommend them for a move out clean. I think they are better prepared to handle simple, routine cleanings. My hope is that they can learn and improve. I truly want the best for them.

First, I was quoted $300-$400 for a move-in cleaning, plus an extra $30 to clean two high-ceiling windows after I sent photos. Once they arrived, the quote increased to $450. Second, we had agreed on a specific arrival time, but when I reached out to confirm, she changed it. Thankfully she honored the original time after I pointed it out, but changing the appointment time without asking the customer first was frustrating. Third, the two high-ceiling windows were never cleaned, yet they still expected full payment. When I asked if the total could be reduced to $400 as a courtesy, I was met with a lot of pushback. She then offered to have her husband come the next day to clean the windows for $100, even though I had originally been quoted $30. Lastly, the cleaning itself was only okay. There were still a few missed spots throughout the house. My advice would be to be cautious of very low initial quotes, because the final price may end up much higher than expected.
