Literally the worst cleaning service I've ever used. Example: I moved into a new place and wanted the kitchen clean. Specifically the stove and fridge. First attempt- they failed miserably. Second attempt- cleaned the stove and halfway cleaned the fridge. The top of fridge still had years worth of dust and gunk on it. I don't know HOW they have anything over 1 star. this company is a COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY. We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money. Floors, laundry room, and inside cabinets were still dirty even though I specifically paid for a deep clean because I just moved into a new apartment. Literally found dog food on the floor from the previous owner, after I supposedly paid for a deep clean. I cleaned right after because I could tell it wasn't clean and I went through 8 swiffer pads getting through the whole apartment and each pad was extremely dirty. Had to buy a bunch of cleaning supplies to clean the space myself before we brought all of our belongings into a dirty space. Our feet were black/dirty from walking around here because the floors were not cleaned. This is after the cleaners arrived 3+ hours later than I booked them for weeks in advance. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend, to say the least. read more

Where can I start ? SCAMM been trying to get in touch with the owner Carlos for over 2 months. He added these two guys rolandi and rodolpho to handle Customer service. They freaking suck. I have problem after problem request to hear from the owner Carlos never do. I had to ask them if he was still even the owner ? They claim yes he is but I constantly request to be contacted and nothing. These two gentlemen are new and I feel fear for their job so they don't want to tell Carlos about any problems they are having. I think they try to sweep everything under the rug and rather lose customers then tell Carlos what's poorly going on. These gentlemen play the same role with almost the same name. (Very confusing for customer service) either way, this company has completely fallen off and I hope Carlos can regain some control soon .... I requested 1 maid to have a connection with a build trust, since January I've had 6. Carlos would send someone the next time and give me extra time to make up for it. These new gentlemen could care less. When a maid spends an extra 15 minutes they'll be the first person on the phone with you begging for more money. But if they made is quick in and out does a poor job they cannot even be reached. These two gentleman care about 1 thing and 1 thing only and that's making sure their made gets to your house and you open the door for them. Once the maid is in. All of their worries fly out the door and they're already on to the next person. 0 customer service and for that reason they're a SCAM in my book! read more

I've been using the Maidpro guys for about a year now and they are great to deal with and very flexible to my schedule and dates as I travel quite a lot. The cleaners always do a really thorough job and listen to exactly what I need for that particular day, whether cleaning out the fridge and cupboards or really giving the floors a good going over. On the whole all the cleaners I have are good and really try to do the best job, and recently Elisa really just went above and beyond and did a really nice job in my apartment and was super friendly and nice to chat to. Prior to the cleaning visit I received a phone call from Carlos asking me what my preferences were and which areas of the home I was most concerned about needing attention. I felt like MaidPro customized the cleaning to my individual needs. The Ladies showed up well prepared and instantly took charge of cleaning my home from top to bottom! I was so impressed that they even opened cabinet doors and cleaned the inside shelfs. My home was sparkling clean and beautifully tidy upon completion.
