Used maidpro cypress. Had damage to my ceiling fan and have called and messaged about getting it fixed. No response whatsoever after using them for months. Will not use any longer if they're not going to stand up for the problem. read more

Our landlord hired them to clean the place before our move in. We moved in and the entire place is still dirty. It's as if no one has even touched the place. Our landlord called and complained and had them come back for an hour for dusting which barely did anything to the whole place. I spoke to the owner telling them this place needs more than just a dusting. He said he can't send anyone because we have lived here for 5 days already so the mess could be from us. I told them I have pictures with timestamps. They declined saying how our landlord said we only needed a dusting and that they're not going to send anyone else to clean it. Instead of fixing their problems, they blamed it on our miscommunication of how badly the place needed cleaning. In conclusion, bad cleaning job and horrible customer service. The photos I have attached are timestamped on the day after their cleaning. read more

I hired MaidPro for the first time today, and I was actually surprised at how thorough Petesa was in cleaning my home. I have had several housekeepers over the years, but Petesa outdid them all. She was professional, communicated well, and took pride in her work. When she was through, she walked me through the rooms to show me the highlights of her work. I don't know what more positive things I could say other than she is a very hard worker and is very personable. read more

Being an elderly person, I have had many many cleaning services come into my home. I called MaidPro and they sent a young lady named Jessica to do my cleaning. I can honestly say she is the best cleaner I have ever had in my long life. She was so thorough and my floors have never been cleaner. I have had bad results from other cleaning companies. She was not only thorough but very sweet and really seems to care about doing a great job. read more

Extremely rude customer service and CRAZY HIGH PRICES. I asked to get my bedroom and bathroom cleaned and they said it was $210 because there was a 2 hour minimum. Because we were on the phone and I didn't have much time to think about it, I agreed, but compared this price to other nearby services and found that this was way too high. I asked to cancel and they replied "Please in the future do not waste our time with booking a cleaning agreeing to a price and then canceling it." Outrageous. read more

Errol and Felicia have done an excellent job today! We have not had a thorough cleaning since late March and boy did they have their hands full. I would welcome their return as they are available! Scheduling through the website was easy and the office messaging system got back to me right away. I was able to schedule for the following week. Johnathan stopped by to make sure everything was going well, which really helps to ensure that I am a valued customer. read more

I am very disappointed with the quality of cleaning provided. They did not clean the house thoroughly and even left one bathroom unclean. Dust everywhere, floors not clean, first bathroom half cleaned. I am very disappointed in this service. We will never hire this business again. Save your money. Go elsewhere. read more

Do not recommend at all. Experienced subpar cleaning and scheduling and this owner likes to argue about it.

Unfortunately, they have little "ongoing, post Covid" interest in working with you unless you have a large house to clean. I engaged them to clean my small pool house apartment (360 square feet) on a weekly basis for perpetuity which should take no more than 1.5 hours for one person moving slowly (no living room per se and no carpets to clean). There is no way it should take longer. If they are not into cleaning small apartments anymore that's their prerogative, but I would think from a revenue stream that it would be in their interest to have a small weekly clean that is predictable in lieu of an unpredictable mess once every 3 weeks from a larger house. Taylor is a great person and I enjoyed herb the few times I interacted with her. I did not enjoy assuming I'd get weekly service to be cancelled days in advance or the day before. But that's not the issue. I was cancelled at least 7 times. My place is smaller than a one car garage. How can that take two hours to clean? The job couldn't have been more low key and low maintenance for them. I even let them come and go at their discretion without me being there. I guess they are the "pros" at running a business. I guess they can do just fine with out my $4200 in annual revenue. read more

Before Moving in we wanted to have our place really nice and clean, found Maidpro on Google located in Culver City and it was more than expected. Very happy with the service I received from MaidPro Culver City. They provided multiple options and was able to schedule a cleaning same week. Ester showed up on time and was very friendly. Asked if there were any spots to give extra care and asked if I was satisfied when she finished. I definitely recommend them. read more

First time using Maid Pro and Mayra was amazing. Very kind and professional. Will definitely use MaidPro again!

I was visiting my sister in Los Angeles and wanted to get a good cleaning for her kitchen and bathroom, before she had a small gathering for the family. I looked online and found MaidPro and contacted them. The young lady that I spoke to took down all of my information (what I wanted done in particular and my credit card number) we made the appointment for Friday, September 16, between the hours of 11:00-3:00. On Friday, today, we waited patiently until around 2:15. I decided to call to get an estimated time of arrival. When I called the young man said all my information was in except the day of service. What???? Why would I give my credit card information without setting up an appointment? So quite naturally they couldn't fit us in. They wanted to reschedule for another day, but it just didn't work out. I am totally disappointed. Is one star too much? read more

We had them out yesterday after finding them on Angie's list and paid $270 for a "deep clean." Very disappointing. Will never use this service again. They ruined our linen white shower curtain by hanging it over the metal curtain rod which had rusted areas. Then they didn't even put it back down, just left it hanging up there. They didn't clean the floors at all. Even when I pointed it out that it didn't look like they had mopped the floors the gentleman just sort of brushed it off rather than clean it. They didn't dust anywhere; nightstands were completely untouched. I've attached photos because those explain more than words. read more

Great service. Place looked great afterwards. Errol was extremely thurough and very friendly. Will definitely request him again!

Did a terrible job cleaning my place and when I called to complain never received any call backs. Like the other reviews I'm sure the owner will reply saying I'm not a real customer. Don't waste your money here. I had to have a different company come out to do an actual cleaning. read more

Maidpro (Lauren and her team) did an amazing job cleaning my home. They were professional, thorough, and they covered all areas I requested plus more. I was beyond impressed - they left my home shining! I would highly recommend using this company. read more

Ken is best cleaner. He respects your home. Maid pro has the most advanced cleaning products I have a lot of services, but none compare to this one in culver. Ken goes beyond the call of duty. With Covid 19, you need a cleaning. Also they wear masks. read more

What can I say? Simply the best!! They are not your average cleaning company. I have had the opportunity to meet some of the staff and they all have over 5 years of professional cleaning experience. You can see it in the way your house looks, believe me! I was extremely impressed with the quality of cleaning! They also really go the extra mile! If hey are unsure of anything they will ask first or leave a note if your not home. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He has the maids leave a checklist behind marking what was cleaned that day. I have used other maid services that don't do this, and the quality of work was poor. I looked over the cleaning and their accountability was impeccable. I also love the incense they left as a gift. My house smells and looks great! I would definitely recommend! Thanks maidpro. read more

Keisha came to do a move-out clean for 3 hours at my place the other day. She did an amazing job! Keisha was on time, very personable, and went above & beyond (way above & beyond) what I asked her to do. Everything was sparkling clean & looked brand-new. So impressive. I haven't had great luck with cleaning services in the past, so this was such a pleasant surprise. Another aspect that I liked was that it was very easy to communicate with the MaidPro people, and they all seemed to care that the job was done right. This doesn't always happen in LA. I highly, highly recommend Keisha & MaidPro. read more

Yesterday I had Kyle and a lady whose name I have forgotten - Theresa? (I'm so sorry) come to clean my home. They were quick, polite and thorough. The house was not a breeze to clean since I have 3 teenage boys. I am a Realtor and wanted to try them out. I need a company to recommend to clients who are licensed, bonded and insured. I will use and recommend the service in the future. It was easy, streamlined and professional. They bring everything they need to get the job done, but are happy to use your own products if you ask. The only thing that didn't happen was cleaning the patio doors - wondering if this was a miscommunication because I'm pretty sure I paid for it. Jonathan, the manager was easy to deal with except I will chat with him about the doors. read more
