I initially had my house cleaned by MaidPro in February and was unsatisfied with the results. I spoke with management and they offered up a good solution and sent a new crew to come clean my house to make sure I was happy with the move in clean I had purchased. The ladies they sent over were very sweet and did a great job cleaning up the place as we worked to get moved in. I appreciate that MaidPro made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Thank you! read more

I hired Maid pro about 5 years ago when I moved to Alpharetta. The 1st 3 years were great good cleaning, dependable Mostly on time. However in the past 2 years I had nothing but problems with this Company.1st started with them Not showing up and not calling to even cancel that's happen more than 4 times at the most so why I put up with them for 2 more years I'm not sure however there cleaning Isn't good to put it lightly They don't do the floors Really do Bare minimum. I fired them last week and hard and you company and I would warn you they Aren't dependable And I would never recommend them to anyon. Whatever you do do not hire MaidPro. read more

I've been using MaidPro for over a year to clean my Alpharetta home, and I've always been happy with their service. They're respectful and quite thorough, and the house smells great at the end of each visit. I've had them clean the house every two weeks, and only occasionally had to reschedule, but that has never been a problem. For a long time we were always home during their visits (partly because we sometimes worked from home), but we soon gave them keys so that they could come clean independently of our being there. I've had nothing but good results from using these folks, and I recommend them to anyone else looking for quality, reliable, and flexibly scheduled home cleaning. read more

Mary is awesome! She has come to my house every other week for almost a year now. Absolutely love her attention to detail. She constantly is going the extra mile. Highly recommend Maid Pro and Mary! Also, today Mary brought Rebecca with her, she was just as thorough as Mary. Exceptional job and will continue being their client! read more

I purchased a group coupon through livingsocial.com and recently decided to cash in on one of the coupons. My experience has been less than amazing and they haven't even come to clean the house yet. Before I purchased the coupon, I called to make sure there were no hidden fees and I was assured that there were none. My house is a small bungalow about 1600 sq feet. After analyzing the size over the phone, they let me know it would take 6 hours to clean my house since the voucher was only for 3, I could purchase the rest. I appreciate a good upsell, but I was surprised at the nickel and diming that ensued. I had to go through the house room by room and let them know what I would want cleaned and when times up, times up! The worst part of the whole experience has been the scheduling. They only offer two windows. I selected the morning window from 8-11. I received a call that they were running late and would be at my house between 1230-100 when they had not arrived by 1, I called and they said it was going to be another hour at least. Since my day was ruined, I decided to cancel and schedule another day. I was offered Saturday or Tuesday so I selected Tuesday so I could arrange for myself and my dog to be away for 4 hours ( I was offered an extra hour for my inconvenience). Today is Tuesday and can you believe that they actually have me scheduled for tomorrow. I was promised the world last week, free hour, guaranteed time of 9 am and multiple apologies. When I called today to confirm, it was as if the conversation last week never occurred. No extra hour for inconvenience, no apologies for mix up, nothing! After some questioning and 30-minutes later, the story started unraveling. I at least have them coming today, but I have a new window. I will let you know how it turns out, but my expectations are not high. And honestly this is the second time I have purchased a group coupon thorugh livingsocial and feel screwed by all the boundaries set in their "fine" print. read more

This is our first time using the service. Stephanie and Victoria arrived before the the start time, which Iike. They got right to work after the walk through. While I was not home when they finished, my husband indicated they did a fine job. Upon my inspection when I returned (I'm very picky), there were a few areas that could have had better attention. Overall they did a nice job. We will use the service again. read more

I purchased the 50% OFF offer through livingsocial.com thinking that it would be a good opportunity to pay professionals to deep-clean my house. What a disappointment! I was not very impressed with the quality of service from MaidPro. Our baseboards were just as dirty and dusty as they were prior to MaidPro's visit. The ceiling fans were also dusty. This makes me think that their 49 point system is a load of BS. I find it hard to believe that the people who cleaned our house really spent as much time as 6 man hours to clean our 1,200 square foot house. The beds were sloppily made, also. I was, however, pleased with the ktichen and bathroom cleaning. I don't think that's enough to make me want to use MaidPro again or endorse them. read more

We used maidpro for the very first time today. I spoke with Beatrice on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. She catered the cleaning to my needs and budget. She responded quickly to my emails. She sent Z to clean our home. Let me tell you, Z was the best! She was very meticulous. Our entire house is so fresh and clean now. I highly recommend Z and Maidpro. We'll be using them again and recommending to all our friends. Thanks Beatrice, Z and Maidpro for an excellent experience! read more

I have been using MaidPro for a few months, at first I wasn't very happy with them, but gave them another chance. They sent Kimberly and we are very happy with the job she does. Kimberly is very thorough and does not rush. Hire more Kimberly's because the first few that came to clean had no clue. read more

I've been using Maid Pro for several years now and they do a great job. It's always nice to come home to a clean house that I didn't have to clean! Whenever I hear my friends complaining about the state of their homes, I always recommend Maid Pro. It's been a great investment for me. read more

Maidpro of Alpharetta is the greatest. We have used them for two years for every week service. They are very complete and we have been very happy with their service. Gabriella is the best and only does quality work. I think everyone would be happy with their service. read more

On May 23, 2014 I booked Maid Pro. I have never used Maid Pro in the past and was trying them out. I will not ever use them or refer them again. They were on time when they arrived to clean my house and microwave, stove and refrigerator, only the upper level as it needed the most attention. I did want as per their 42 point checklist, the ceiling fans in two rooms done and all the dusting. They arrived on time and were pleasant. After leaving, I checked more closely and found, dust still on head boards of Master and my son's room, dresser was brushed but dust just redistributed not removed, top of tv and cable box, same thick dust, kitchen floor was mopped but when they left, my shoes made that sticky floor sound..like the water they used was not clean...it was sticky all day...the fireplace was dusted but the books on top were still riddled with thick dust...How do you dust a mantle but not what is on the mantle????? Dusting is a GIVEN with any Maid service. One of the ladies appeared dedicated and informed me that the oven might require more strength than their organic products. When I received the survey the next day to take online, it wouldn't open, not sure what happened..but I waited several days to complete it and it never worked. So returned an email with my complaints that was almost 2 weeks ago and no response. I called today and Eric answered. I explained the above and he kept saying in their defense, etc, etc. Even the dusting he seemed to not want to accept...DUSTING is a given in cleaning. I said the fans and headboards was not touched and son's dresser slightly. So after I saw he was not listening or accepting of below par work....I said ok I can see where this is going, so I will not use your service and I will do a review. He does not know he could have had much work as I have been asked for referrals by several of female friends who don't have time to do this type of work....but I will not tell them of a company like this one. A company with a poor customer service base is like day without sunshine! read more

The service started out well. After employing their services for a couple of months we had a personal item taken from our home by one of the Maidpros. There was no other explanation for the lost item, no other services had been in or out of our home that week, it was not misplaced, and the item only went missing after our home had been cleaned, in fact I discovered it missing that night. We filed a police report and still the company would not support our claim. I would not recommend using this company. Very disappointed. read more

Cleanings are extremely thorough and I have had a good experience with the company. It is so nice to come home to a shiny clean home!

I recently hired Maid Pro to clean my home. When they showed up, they refused to clean the house because there were a few things on the counter. They also alleged that there was dog urine on the floor when there was not. When I spoke with Rosa at Maid Pro about this, she didn't care. She wouldn't tell me where this alleged dog urine was. There was water on the ground, not urine. She was unprofessional and unconcerned. It is my opinion that the maids were lazy and did not feel like working. Don't call Maid Pro unless you want them to show up, not do any work, and then leave. read more

My husband and I had contractors out at the house fixing trim defects and other misc things covered under our home warranty. When they left, it was in bad shape with construction dust and paint chips. We knew we would need some help with getting the house back in shape because dust was everywhere. I spoke with Maya to schedule the service (very kind and courteous) and was able to have a crew come out. I was not home for the cleaning to meet the two ladies, but my husband was. He called me every 30 minutes to give me an update on how things were going - and he was very impressed from the start. When I came home, I saw that our home was back to normal and had been cleaned from top to bottom. I am so extremely satisfied with our first cleaning and we will for sure get a recurring service at some point. We are having company over today (the next day after our cleaning) and we cannot wait to show our beautiful clean home to our friends. I would highly recommend MaidPro for any cleaning needs. And I am looking forward to meeting the two ladies the next time we schedule a cleaning service. They thanked us for allowing them to clean our home, but I want to thank them for the impeccable job they did in cleaning our home. -CMR read more

I had tried out two other cleaning services prior to choosing Maid Pro, and was very pleased with the state of our home when we came back from an extremely long day of errands. The house was tidied, pretty much every surface - including window ledges and ceiling fan - was dusted, and there was no "cleaning product" odor left behind. I only wish that under our couch, bed, and 2-seater bench had been swept/dusted as we had requested prior to leaving the house in the cleaner's hands. read more

Requested a deep clean service on a completely empty 5000 sqft home.We just purchased this home and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. Blinds were not cleaned, cob-webs were not removed, window sills were not cleaned, the sides of the staircase were not cleaned, the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, the appliances were not scrubbed down and the list goes on and on..... it was horrible service. After speaking with management the team was sent back at no additional charge and did a slightly better job though the kitchen cabinets were still not wiped down, the outside of appliances were still missed as well. Its like your team 'wipes' down what they can easily see. It was completely disappointing and disrupting to our move into our new house. I will NEVER use your service again and I will tell everyone I know about the horrible service. You should stop offering a deep clean because you don't know how to deep clean. I do appreciate that you were able to send out the supervisor to come see the lack of cleaning that happened the first time but that is because my husband and I were so mad, disappointed and disquested by the lack of service. We would have been better off to hire a local lady who works by herself and knows how to clean. Never again will we be a customer. And after all that I get an invite on Linked from the manager.......WHAT.....No Way!! The company even called me to tell me they needed more hours to clean my house and permission to charge my credit card with three more additional hours of work. We seriously could not believe eyes, they DID NOT CLEAN and they left a small little waste basket with hangers on the front porch (left over in closet from previous home owner). Really, do not waste your time or money on this cleaning service. read more

At first my experience with the service rep was great, she promised me I would be so pleased etc with their work. Was told two people would clean my house in approx 3 hours. On the day of service 3 people showed up were done in less than 2 hours. My initial walk through everything looked ok. the kitchen floor was so wet that I could not walk on it for 30 minutes. After they left I went through the house and was very disappointed to find that they had not cleaned the baseboards, ceiling fans, dusted the sides of the furniture. The list kept growing, food still in one of the sink drains in the kitchen. Then I found mud footprints on my new rugs that I just bought. Very upset since it was my first time having someone else clean my home. I emailed the company and was called several days later. The owner offered to come clean the spots they missed but I already did that, he did not offer any type of compensation for the poor job that was done and when I said I would not give them a referral he said oh well like he did not really care. I will never do business with this company again and will steer all of my friends away. read more

Worst experience as far as customer service I have ever had. I received a gift card as a house warming present and it was not cheap to get the entire house done. I was excited to get treated. However, from beginning to end, it was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. It all started when I tried to simply set up the appointment. I had to call three times. I had left 2 voicemails for the local office and then the third time, I called the corporate office and finally got it scheduled. I was told the day of the cleaning that the manager would call me...never got a call. So I called the next day, and they weren't sure if anyone showed up so they said they would call me back. Never got a call. So I called the local office again, and finally confirmed the house was cleaned. So I went over to the house for a walk through and was less than pleased with the results. The tile floors were still filthy in the kitchen, plus the oven and kitchen counter tops weren't even touched. Horrible job for paying that kind of money. When I called to inform them the job I paid for wasn't done, they said they would give me a $10 credit. Really?? No thank you! On top of all that, they charged my credit card for the full amount when a gift card was supposed to be charged. So ridiculous. This company has serious organizational issues. When offered a free cleaning, I declined. I want nothing to do with maidpro ever again. read more
