He forgot the parts so I could not let my mom come home from rehab. will begin by saying that from day ONE I am not happy with your company. Your delivery guy came in his very unorganized van and forgot parts for my mom's bed. She was due home that day, but we had to keep her an add'l day, which cost me $550.00 Two weeks ago, you sent us a text and said the technician was coming. We waited 3 1/2 hours and he never showed up. My husband took off work. Last week, your technician called and gave us a 1/2 hour notice. We said we could be there in 40. He said he couldn't wait. WHAT HAPPENED TO ONE HOUR'S NOTICE? You then scheduled the appt. for today 10/31/25. Then you called 10/30/25 and said he would come 10/30/25. I took off work AGAIN AND LOST MONEY and he never showed up. Last night at 4:35 pm, I contacted you and you said he was coming today. You said it was a miscommunication. You said because of this inconvenience, you will give us a 9 am appt. It is 11:17 am and still nothing. I told you from the start my mom died 10.1.25. I told you her lease is up TODAY. I will have to now pay add'l days. AGAIN, your company costing me MORE MONEY. THIS SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. I am sick of you apologizing for the inconvenience. An apology is only as good as making it right. My mom died! Do you understand what my family is going through and then losing money because of your company's incompetence and hiring people that use their own car and have no stake in whether something is picked up or not. You disconnected me two times. 1:14 pm and I am still on hold since your driver would not wait for us to drive 20 blocks. He did not give 1 hours notice. He said he doesn't do that, so he left. He said he'd try to comeback later. He had a service call. I am on the phone again trying to resolve this. And your system to leave a # and you call back - well, that doesn't work. A 2-3 day return call is absurd. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE customer service! I repeat, TERRIBLE customer service! Save yourself the headache and don't even bother signing up - honestly! I switched to Bank of America for merchant services, not only did they beat the current rates I had, but customer service is great - I even have the cell phone number of my rep incase something goes wrong. Oh, and if something does goes wrong with CPS (such as being over charged, like I was every month, account problems, you name it) good luck ever getting the right person on the phone. You will ALWAYS be re-directed to someone who can't help you and wants you to call back. I'm not rambling here - just speaking my experience, and for the company I referred. I was embarrassed to say the least to refer someone here! Don't let the friendly people in the INITIAL phone calls suck you in, because once you sign the contract the customer service goes right out the window. If you don't believe me - sign up and let the throbbing migraines begin. My greatest advice is: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards, Finally Happy at Bank of America
