Once you get inside, good luck! It's like a maze. The reader board doesn't really help and there are tons of small staircases, elevators, exit doors and poorly lit hallways that barely lead you to your destination. Not fun. The secretary was friendly but curt. Mr. Okrent was timely, but has a very casual approach. He drew pictures to explain things, which ultimately one would think would facilitate. Unfortunately, we left more confused than when we got there. We had a lot of questions, and he kept cutting us off. Very unprofessional. I was well prepared and had all my necessary paperwork. He still really couldn't help me. I felt like I wasted my time. I know I wasted my money. He does deserve some credit, as he educated me regarding one item. He also had a nice assortment of candy at the reception desk. The consultation price was high. The office was not well lit, and we sat at a table that reminded me of my elementary school cafeteria.
